Holiday houses in Verceia

Abbiamo terminato da poco il nostro soggiorno presso questo comodo appartamento. Essendo già stata a Verceia, sapevo già che mi sarei trovata comoda come posizione con i miei due figli piccoli e mia madre che ha problemi di mobilità, e questo appartamento è stato davvero una manna dal cielo. Nessuna scala da affrontare ne discese o salite ripide per raggiungere i punti d’interesse che ci interessavano. Infatti si trova a pochi passi da un alimentari, dal bar, dalla passeggiata del lago, da una piccola ma bellissima spiaggietta con una bella sabbionaia per i bambini già provvista di giochi per giocare con la sabbia, e dal parco giochi del paese. Insomma tutto davvero comodo compreso ovviamente anche l’appartamento che è bello spazioso e ben tenuto, con tutto l’occorrente che può servire e in caso mancasse qualcosa, Paolo sicuramente farà in modo di procurarvela. Spendo infine due parole proprio sull’host, che si è dimostrato davvero attento e premuroso. Noi ci torneremo sicuramente ☺️

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Nicolas Unterkunft! Die Aussicht war atemberaubend und die Lage bot absolute Privatsphäre – perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, vor allem die Küche war top. Der Außenbereich ist liebevoll gestaltet, und der Whirlpool war definitiv ein Highlight. Nicola war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr herzlich und hatte tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolut empfehlenswert!

die wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön und die vermieterin super organisiert, es dauerte nur ein bisschen lange bis wir eine antwort bekamen wegen dem WLAN. das WLAN hat öfters nicht funktioniert aber für uns war es nicht schlimm. das einzige ist es geht mindestens eine ganze minute bis lauwarmes wasser kommt. aber die einrichtung, hygiene, aussicht und pool waren einfach perfekt vielen Dank. wir würden es auf jeden fall wieder buchen.

We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

Сильвия и ее семья очень отзывчивые и гостеприимные! В доме и на участке есть все что нужно для прекрасного отдыха и развлечения детеи! Очень красивые виды и места! Шикарное место для уединения от суеты.Отдых в таком месте был нашим первым опытом и мы обязательно вернёмся !! Благодарю ☺️

If this place is available while you are looking for a place to stay, I would highly recommend!! In my opinion, the apartment is better than the pictures, and the view, is breathtaking. I wasn’t familiar with the towns around Lake Como when looking for a place to stay, but I kept getting drawn back to this place because of the pictures. I am so happy I chose this place!! On our 5 day/ 4 night trip, we enjoyed swimming in the pool when we got there, day 2 found a local spot in the town to swim in the lake, day 3 took the ferry to Bellagio, day 4 stayed local and enjoyed the town and swimming pool and lastly on day 5 soaked in the view a little longer while drinking coffee on the balcony before leaving. We could not have asked for a better trip with my family of 5, mother and dog. This place exceeded our expectations and I would stay here again and recommend to anyone who asks! Thank-you again to Christian and his dad Antonio for being such great hosts!!

Ottima esperienza! L'appartamento è ancora più bello e spazioso dal vivo rispetto alle foto. Era dotato di tutto l'essenziale, anche per i più piccoli. La posizione permette di stare in una zona tranquilla pur raggiungendo i vari luoghi del Lago di Como in tempi brevi muovendosi in auto. Soggiorno molto positivo, grazie!

Literally such an amazing place. I loved this apartment so much! The view from the living area was insane and there is air conditioning which is a huge plus. Boris was an amazing host and came to help me take my bags and check in even though I arrived hours late. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy. He was extremely helpful and overall I had an amazing time here!
