What a gem! The apartment is beautiful, spotlessly clean, has all possible kitchen equipment, we poked a great variety of meals, there’s extra linen, 2 lovely bathrooms, great showers, lots of storage. Gorgeous Mountain View from living room Bakery behind house was great, the neighbours next door (bakery factory) made us a beautiful birthday cake. Garage and boot room for parking and skis was excellent and made going skiing with 4 young children much easier. We got takeaway pizza from the nearby restaurant twice, it’s nice. Extra parking over road is great. It’s very secure, very quick and easy to get up the mountain to passo tonale for skiing if you have small children who can’t do steep runs to ponte, there’s free parking up there, otherwise 2 min drive to town and ski lifts in ponte. Anna was super friendly and the apartment was just what we wanted. Less than ten minutes walk into town and a fantastic view of the mountains. We locked ourselves out of the apartment and Anna sorted it immediately. We would recommend this host and location!

The short version: You walk through the door and feel at home. The long version: The apartment - looked much better in real life than in the photos. The furnishings are very high quality, lovingly and tastefully selected. The view "while brushing your teeth" (and of course the rest of the day) is impressive. The location - on the one hand, you feel completely "in nature", because the lake is right on your doorstep and you can reach it for a walk or a swim. The view from the apartment, garden or from the terrace of the magnificent panorama of the lake is also unbeatable. At the same time, there are restaurants and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. The center of Limone with a boat dock, restaurants, etc. is easily accessible on foot (only a short distance is on the road). The hosts - The Superhost category could be expanded upwards. Warm, friendly and helpful to all questions of the stay and beyond.

This apartment is very close to Tirano so it is an excellent base for catching the Bernina Express. The apartment has a lovely village Outlook and safe free parking in the small community car park.

The apartment is located in an extremely well-maintained residential complex with an unusual and beautiful green area. It is modern and tastefully furnished with a lot of love and is in top condition. We especially enjoyed the beautiful weather-protected terrace. We also appreciated the narrower terrace at the back with the wonderful view towards the village of Tyrol and the 2 comfortable seating areas. The location of the apartment is optimal – pleasant ambience, the expressway to Bolzano is quickly accessible, 5 minutes' walk away a good butcher (Siebenforcher), where you can also buy cheese, bread, milk, wine, etc. (a more relaxed alternative to the supermarket for small items). The city center and the Tappeiner Promenade are within walking distance and there is an underground car park where you can park in a relaxed way – what more could you want! Birgit is a great host – always easy to reach and very nice. Thank you very much – we will be happy to come back.

We booked the accommodation as a "base camp" for our 1-week vacation. The accommodation is located just above Riva del Garda - we like the peace and quiet when we return from our day trips. We could enjoy the evening or the sun during the day on 2 loungers outside. We could also have breakfast on the terrace. That's how we like it. A good bed, 2 air conditioners and a decent bathroom with a large shower and good water pressure! Kitchen is small but complete and our little mishap with the Nespresso coffee machine was fixed within a very short time with the replacement of the machine. Parking is right in front of the apartment - optimal. Very friendly welcome by the co-owner, good garbage handling description. Very clean. Perfect for us.

Cristina was very helpful throughout the stay to clarify any doubts and concerns. Quick and clear responses. As for the accommodation, the relative description provided by Cristina is accurate and true to reality. Overall, comfortable, clean and well equipped with various utensils.

Beautiful accommodation with great care by the host family, who live in the same house. We have received fresh cakes and eggs several times and felt completely comfortable 🙂 the location is very quiet, but there are many excursion possibilities and the days have passed far too quickly

It is a beautiful apartment the photos don’t do the view justice it is breathtaking. It is a short drive to lovely restaurants along the lake and not a far drive to lake Garda. We would definitely recommend having a car if you stay here. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved it from the very first second. The place matched the pictures and looked even nicer in person. The view was incredibly beautiful and we couldn't get out of wonder. In addition, Monica and her family were incredibly warm and helped us with problems right away. We would come back. PS: There is wine from its own farm that tastes very tasty! 💕

Brand new, super modern apartment on the ground floor. Everything you need is available. The apartment has a private sauna and is centrally located in the valley. Wallbox for E car available. 500m to the valley station, 200 m to the nearest restaurant. With the included map of the Ultental, you can take the bus for free, use the cable car and much more. Very nice and warm owners. We will be happy to come back!

This is a really beautiful place to stay. The apartment is well appointed, the pool is lovely and the gardens and outdoor space is stunning. Gabi is an excellent host who works hard to look after guests, giving the place the feel of a boutique hotel, with the privacy and convenience of self catering. We’re already planning on going back.

Anna was an excellent host! She communicated wonderfully the entire time! Her place is just beautiful and clean and spacious! It was a refreshing stay and had everything we needed! The proximity of the apartment to restaurants and the central town was better than we expected. Views out of the window were beautiful, seeing the mountains and the village was stunning!

I booked the apartment for 2 days, to enjoy the view and take a few walks. The apartment exceeded the expectations I had from the photos. Spacious environment, possibility to adjust the temperature based on the cold, full kitchen with everything you need. Very clean and impeccable spaces, not to mention the beauty of the upper floor with a hot tub, a dream... The icing on the cake was the flexibility of check-in, since it was at 3:00 p.m. but we had the chance to enter as early as 11:00 a.m. Thank you for everything Claudia

We had a wonderful stay in Giampaolo's apartment. The location is simply unbeatable, with a beautiful view of Salò and private access to Lake Garda. His mother lives downstairs and was always happy to see our baby and provided us with homemade treats. We hope to come back soon and can recommend this accommodation without reservation.
