There is a deck with a view of the surrounding mountains and is a great place to watch the sunset or stargaze. There is access to a laundry room with washer and dryer, High speed internet, flat screen television with Roku, and plenty of parking space.

This entire home has all the updates for you to relax and reenergize after a day filled with activities. Use the spacious kitchen to prepare dinner and then enjoy eating on the patio with fantastic views of Split Mountain. Trailer, RV, boat parking is also available on the property. Our property borders the gorgeous Vernal Temple, in fact it’s literally in our backyard, which provides a breathtaking view. We're also right next to Main Street, so you'll never be far from the action!

Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.
