Monthly Rentals in Vernon Center

Just as described. Host was very responsive and kept me up to date with any maintenance issues inside/outside that were going to be taken care of. I work nights and was respectful of my schedule as they could be. Location was beautiful rural farm land. Closest to town for what I was willing to pay. 25 min drive to Utica. Just to add about the weather in the winter. The surrounding hwy are fairly well maintained. But sometimes in early mornings when I got off work the plows had not made it yet for first pass. Or it snowed so much they haven’t made it back for another pass. Just an FYI so anyone doesn’t find out the hard way like I did. Thank god for 4wheel drives.

Such a lovely stay - very neat and cozy for a weekend getaway! Definitely recommend and definitely will be back!

Garrett was so accommodating to our needs! We were able to ask questions before checking in and he always promptly responded with friendly, helpful answers. The kitchen and bathroom were especially beautiful! The walls still had some chalkboard which added to the charm of the old schoolhouse. Of note, the bedroom is pretty small and doesn’t have a door but definitely gets the job done.

This rental is light bright and spacious just like the photos reflect. Everything is newly appointed and in great condition. The Host, Andrew was friendly and responsive. Walkable location to convenience stores and coffee shop. We will definitely be back.
