Peaceful and restful are the key words for this apartment. Located on a one-way street, the bedroom overlooks the street but no noise disturbances. Parking space is really great. We feel really good there. This is my second time renting this Airbnb and I've had a great time again.

This small house is perfect for staying in Angers. It has all the listed amenities, but most of all -for those that value that- it’s in a super calm neighbourhood, ideal to relax or work without being annoyed by city noises. Friendly host as a bonus!

In a few minutes by car, you can reach the expressway for a trip to the Angevin countryside, or you can easily reach the city center of Angers. Convenient lockbox for flexible check-in and checkout. I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!
