Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

La casa si trova al terzo piano (servito con ascensore) con ampio e luminoso salone, due camere grandi, un bagno e una cucina con balcone. Nel punto piu' centrale e super servito , dove eleganza,panorama e caratteristiche della citta' si fondono. Siamo nella zona suggestiva davanti al porto degli yacht, vicinissimi alla spiaggia che e' a circa 50 mt, Importante: prezzo senza sorprese con pulizia e tasse locali incluse. L'Ospite paga, quindi, in piu', solo la commissione al portale.

Potrete trascorrere un bellissimo soggiorno, godendo di tutti i confort e soprattutto godervi il giardino molto curato e la piscina. In pochissimo tempo potete raggiungere le bellissime città di Lucca e Pisa .

The Fox's Lair

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.

Just renovated, studio in viareggina 150 meters from the sea, the pine forest and the pedestrian center of Viareggio. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.
