Tiny house holiday rentals in Versilia

Relaxed in Debora's cottage. After some search to find the cottage, we were warmly welcomed by her. The tranquility and the view is wonderful! The only thing that started boring us (city guys) after a week is 20 minutes drive to get to the supermarket. But you get a lot of beautiful views and nature in return. Furthermore, Debora is happy to help with problems and has super nice tips about hidden gems nearby. Debora Thank you!

It is truly a fantastic place and perfect for relaxing. Unfortunately, the first two days were very difficult because there were an incredible number of mosquitoes and no precautions in the house, especially no nets in the windows, although the issue was addressed in some reviews. Unfortunately, we were only helped a little at first, so we went to the hardware store ourselves and bought and installed everything, which was not so great. But at least we got the money refunded for it and another basket of excellent vegetables. Communication is very friendly and the house very nice. The equipment is clean, but very basic. It's best to bring everything you potentially need.

We had a good time in the tiny house, it had everything we needed. The patio was our place to be. However, it was so hot in our travel time that we rarely moved away from the pool. We had an extra mosquito net for the kids, so everything was good.

We felt very comfortable. Daniela was very friendly and helpful. She was very committed and patient. The place is so lovingly and nicely decorated! The garden is wonderful, also for playing for my son. The train station is very nearby, but trains only run in the morning. There is the possibility to take the bus from the neighboring village, where many trains stop. Daniela is an incredibly hospitable and committed host. She supports and offers lots of amenities! Much more than what was stated in their description. Would love to come again.

Very nice campsite and mobile home, in a preserved site with rabbits, birds.... and close to the Cinque Terre, Pisa, Sarzana markets.... my daughter loved the outdoor play area for the children, and we enjoyed the campsite restaurant which offers simple, inexpensive and delicious dishes! The staff are very friendly! In short, an address to remember!!!!

A very atmospheric place. A bit spartan, but that's part of its charm. There's a usable fireplace with a supply of wood. The surroundings of the cottage are comfortable and set up for relaxation. The host, Andrea, is very kind and helpful. The area is beautiful, with mountain views and opportunities for hiking. On the other hand, the beach is just a 20-minute drive away.

The place was great with wonderful views of Pedona from the patio and the bedroom. Eleonora was very helpful and friendly, feeding us strawberries and yogurt when we arrived hungry and tired. You will not be disappointed. Note: We did find the road up to Pedona challenging, but driving in Italy is not the same as in Canada.

We had a wonderful time in Viareggio. The tiny house has everything you need including a kitchen and cooking accessories. There is a beautiful beach nearby, you can walk through a pine forest around 30 minutes to get there. The tiny house is located on a camping site. The house itself has no hot water, unfortunately, but there are showers with hot water in the sanitary facilities. The additional cleaning fees of €50 are quite high, but the overall price is still very affordable!

I have nothing to complain about the accommodation, it perfectly matched the description in the listing. The cleaning fee is extra to be paid at the campsite upon arrival as well as the tourist tax. Everything being clean and functional. Provide a swim cap for the pool, they are required. You have to pay for the use of the A/C, 0.5€/1 hour, we did not use it. The campsite is nice with a beautiful pool and organized activities.

Our stay was completely successful! Communication with Elisa was super easy and pleasant – we felt in good hands from the start. The house was exactly as described: clean, cozy and well equipped. We especially liked the beautiful garden and the well-equipped kitchen – perfect for cooking something delicious yourself. We enjoyed the time very much and would come back anytime. We stayed for two nights and our experience was beyond words. The host was more than welcoming. Ida gave us local tips and guides that had our itinerary full of wonderful hidden gems. She was also very responsive and helpful and sometimes even gave us more than the written amenities. The location is amazing and above all, the two bikes that are included are the only way of transportation you will need in forte dei marmi. The concept and backstory behind this small cute house is beautiful and heart-warming as-well. Thank you Ida for a wonderful experience!

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a nice time in Viareggio on the campsite. From there we were able to visit the cities of Pisa and Florence and have a boat tour from Viareggio to the Cinque Terre. The beach can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by bike. The bikes can be hired on the campground. It was also nice that Jan responded to inquiries at very short notice and gave helpful tips. Thank you! The campsite is very nice and the staff always friendly and helpful. All in all we had a nice holiday and can only recommend the accommodation!

We had a lovely stay at the campsite. The space was well laid out and very spacious for its size. The kitchen was well equipped. Towels, sheets as well as tea towels, sponges and dish soap, hand soap, spices, vinegar and oil had to be brought. Communication with Viola was quick and reliable.

Very occasionally, you come to a place and meet people where you feel so incredibly at home, and that is what Sandra and Cristiano and their B&B do with you. Everything is right, the view, the hospitality, the house, the tasty things in the fridge. In short, a small paradise on earth with 2 very special warm sweet people who we already have in our hearts. The cottage on top of the mountain is in our top 5 of most beautiful and best places and Sandra and Cristiano at number 1❤️. mrs. Simona is a very tidy and attentive person as well as friendly and hospitable. She seems to have the pleasure of sharing her beautiful property. the house is nice and fully cared for, a beautiful place the best I have found so far

It was the best trip in the last two years. Finally my family and I were able to relax and get rid of the feeling of anxiety. It's an incredible village and home! we spent wonderful mornings and evenings on the deck! We were very welcomed and told and shown! We highly recommend this experience of privacy and beauty❤️
