“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. Apartment located in Querceta, on the border with the renowned Forte dei Marmi. It is a cool semi-basement, equipped with air conditioning and located about 2 km from the sea. It consists of a large living room, dining table and kitchen with all modern amenities (including a dishwasher). It has a bedroom that sleeps 3 + 1 on a queen-size sofa bed (140 cm). The outdoor space is equipped with a table, umbrella, and deck chair. Parking is in front of the house.

Just renovated, studio in viareggina 150 meters from the sea, the pine forest and the pedestrian center of Viareggio. The accommodation consists of a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a well-equipped kitchenette. Small outdoor courtyard. Television and wi.fi.
