Situated in the heart of Val di Vara, our farm house is surrounded by pastures, a vegetable, herb and flower garden, and views of the mountains and sea. We invite all those who hoping to relax in the tranquility of the countryside, surrounded by nature. We welcome families and guests who are excited to experience farm life. All our guests are invited to enjoy the farm, collect vegetables, and spend time with the farm animals. We are 40 min from Cinque Terre, Lerici, Portovenere, and Levanto.

Accommodation within walking distance of the center of Pietrasanta.

We are not at an intersection: the traffic light shines in the garden. A few steps from the center, we offer a 45-square-meter accommodation in a villa suitable for a couple, possibly with children. Induction hob and dishwasher in the kitchen; hot tub in the bathroom. Color TV, and stereo system. In the main spaces of the house, a pool table with holes and a grand piano are available for enthusiasts. Usable garden; parking and bicycles in use. Dogs are allowed as long as they are well-behaved.

Le Muricciole, is a beautiful apartment recently restored in an old farmer's house on the sunny hills covered with olive orchards. Table,umbrella,armchairs allow to eat outside. It is at about 5 km from Lucca,medieval town, birth place of the opera composer Puccini. You can hike or bike ride on the river park, go to the seaside,only 20km away. You will like this place for the following reasons: light, intimacy, and peace. It is perfect for families, couples, groups, and people who work.

The residence of the Codirosso B&B: timeless soul-Tuscany

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

Dimora tipica toscana con bellissima vista panoramica. Una volta, quando era disabitata, ci vivevano le rondini, ed oggi, in estate, è uno spettacolo vederle ogni sera ritornare al luogo d’origine e volare a filo d’acqua per bere alla piscina. Così com’è unico a maggio lo spettacolo delle luci delle lucciole o il canto dei grilli che danno il cambio alle cicale, scandendo le ore delle giornate d’estate; o ancora le bellissime farfalle dai colori unici in primavera.

I offer a quiet solution in a central location with respect to the main attractions of Garfagnana, Lucchesia and Versilia. Starting point for excursions and a base for relaxation, it is about 1 km from the train station. Quiet and with a wonderful view. The Guest House is on a private property with parking and a large garden. A crib and other accessories for children and infants are available upon request. Located in a small village with amenities and shops.

Gipsy Rose si trova sulle colline liguri dietro Sarzana, a pochi minuti dal mare, in ambiente naturale circondato da boschi e con splendide visuali sulla valle. Da un lato vicino al Golfo dei Poeti, Lerici e alle Cinque Terre, dall’altro alla Lunigiana e le Alpi Apuane. Situato in una zona appartata, silenziosa e fiorita, con tepee indiano e carrozzone da circo suggestivo. Il monolocale, dotato di ogni confort, bagno e cucinotto, ha l'ingresso indipendente.

Romantica suite immersa nel verde, sulle rive di un piccolo ruscello a pochi passi dall’antico borgo di Vallico Sopra. Un soggiorno unico in un autentico mulino in pietra, cullati dal suono dell’acqua e dal silenzio della natura. Perfetta per coppie in cerca di tranquillità, autenticità e atmosfera. Accanto alla suite si possono ancora ammirare la storica ruota del mulino e il grande bacino in pietra per la raccolta dell’acqua detto "bottaccio".

My simple apartment is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with children), and furry friends (pets). In the hills but close to the sea and the mountains, to art, from here you can visit Cinque Terre, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Versilia, Genoa, Marble Quarries, Colonnata. It has a private kitchen and bathroom, surrounded by greenery, and requires a love for nature. I am available for private cooking lessons

The nest a few steps from the sea

Just renovated, studio in viareggina 150 meters from the sea, the pine forest and the pedestrian center of Viareggio. The accommodation consists of a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a well-equipped kitchenette. Small outdoor courtyard. Television and wi.fi. In July and August, we do not accept bookings less than 7 nights; however, it is advisable to contact us if it is necessary to change the conditions.
