🤗 Welcome to our cozy apartment for the perfect vacation in the tranquility of Val di Non. The space, formerly designated as the Municipal Hall, still retains the charm of past years with its vaulted ceiling and a large fresco representing the coat of arms of the municipality. A truly one-of-a-kind space. In addition, for an extra touch of history and prestige, the apartment is located in a building that was owned by the noble counts Thun Filippini a few centuries ago.

San Paolo Apartment

The apartment is located in the village of Nanno, in the center of Val di Non, from here you can easily reach the main attractions of the area, an ideal location for families and friends who want to spend a vacation in contact with nature. Upon entering the apartment, there is a hallway that gives access to all the rooms: bathroom, 2 bedrooms and kitchen-living room. The accommodation has a large balcony where you can eat while listening to the birds chirping.

Farnhaus. Loft above Merano with a view

A gigantic view, a private terrace and two new and stylish apartments. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.

Alpine retreat with Dolomite views

This accommodation is part of a traditional "maso", the old Alpine farmhouse, which has just been renovated. Positioned on the top floor, it reveals a panorama of serene woods, two tranquil mountain lakes, and the majestic Brenta Dolomites. Inside, the charm of pine wood, the enveloping warmth emitted by the wood stove, and subtle decorations complete the welcoming atmosphere of a modern mountain retreat.

Farmhouse accommodation

The residence is surrounded by greenery where you can relax and take long walks. It is also an excellent base for beautiful hikes in the mountains, to Lake Molveno (34 km), to Lake Tovel (16 km), and to the Hermitage of S. Romedio. The Essence apartment is an open space with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, an equipped kitchen, a large balcony, and a veranda overlooking the house's garden. The wooden floor and the wood stove in the center of the living area convey the warmth of the environment. A cozy and intimate atmosphere for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.

Historic vacation home with garden

We rent a 180-year-old building, which if it could speak, could tell 1001 stories. This unique, historic house was built in the distant 19th century. The blacksmith Cirill Sartori, known in the KuK monarchy, lived and worked with his handicrafts in this house, in the middle of the historic village center of Kurtatsch on the South Tyrolean Wine Route.
