This old stone building of 140 m2 has been completely renovated and offers an atypical and warm space. Located 8 minutes by car from Aubenas, 10 minutes from Lussas (documentary festival at the end of August) and 20 minutes from Privas, my house is in the heart of the old Vesseaux. Quiet, with a courtyard, a garden and two large terraces, 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people. It is close to shops (bakery, butcher, Vival) and many river and hiking corners.
