The Livørsbygningen consists of a total of four bedrooms, three of which are of a good size and one smaller bedroom. Well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. Fully equipped bathroom with washing machine, and a separate toilet with sink. Heat pump, two stoves, and a wood stove. Great views, and several outdoor spaces around the rental home. (A double room in the staff quarters is rented out in the summer as needed)

Cottage built in 1997, 66 sqm + large glass veranda and sun terrace. A bedroom with a double bed and a room with bunk beds. Comfortable sofa bed in living room. Bedroom for two on the upper floor. There is also a simpler sofa bed with extra mattress. Well-equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower & WC. You must bring your own sheets & towels. Cleaning was done by you with funds provided by us. The price includes bed linen and towels for the stated number of guests (not infants), cleaning, electricity, wifi and firewood. Drengestugu is a traditional Hallingstugu of 55 m², centrally located in Gamle Nes by the river Rukkedøla. It is a part of the manor house Nystugu from 1867. On the property there is an art gallery in the barn that can be opened on request. Nesbyen city center is a short distance away with eateries, shops and Hallingdal Museum. In winter it is walking distance to a 4 km light rail.
