We had some wonderful days at the cabin. Fantastic place. We enjoyed fishing, grilling, swimming in the pond and the lake, and testing a brand new sauna. Short distance to Kalvåg and Knutholmen. Very nice hosts who made it possible for us to have the best possible. Would highly recommend! This is truly a hidden gem. We would gladly came again.

This cottage is highly recommended, wonderfully located overlooking a waterfall. Quiet environment with all comforts.

Exceptional place! Alone at the end of the world above the fjord... one of the best views of our stay. A cute cabin built by our host. Very well equipped and very nicely decorated. Lovely private place with beautiful views and a cozy cabin. We’ve enjoyed the quietness and natural atmosphere in Eversvik. Highly recommended for people who are looking for a place to disconnect from busy lifestyles and enjoy a fairly romantic nature right at their doorstep.

We had an incredibly great time in Tommy's log cabin! The host responded to messages within a few minutes and even provided us with charcoal on the first day, as the shops in Jondal were closed on Sundays. The location and the view are priceless, simply magical. We used the sauna and the whirlpool every day and enjoyed the silence! An absolutely perfect place to slow down. My husband fished every day and we grilled the fish on the terrace. Since we had wonderful weather, we missed a lounger on the terrace, but that's really complaining at a high level 🙂 Maybe it would be important to mention that the way to the boat is about 10 minutes and those who want to fish should bring their own fishing rod. Otherwise, you can buy one in Jondal for a small amount of money.

The accommodation was very cozy, quiet and secluded, just as we imagined it. The amenities were great and everything you needed was there. A huge advantage was the charging station for electric cars. Bottolf was a very good host and gave us a few tips for excursion destinations in the area. We would definitely recommend the place.

Great stay and beautiful place.

We enjoyed our stay in this adorable cabin. The surrounding nature is beautiful and calm and the cabin has everything needed to make the stay cozy and comfortable.

We had a nice stay at Sonja's cabin, the cabin was exactly as described and was a good starting point for many trips on Fitjar. An added bonus was that ELØ brewery was just a few minutes' walk from the cabin.

Amazing experience! We stayed in the cabin for 2 days but I’d easily spend in the house a week or two. Perfect location right next to the water with mountains around. 3 isolated bedrooms, nice wooden stove, 100% equipped kitchen, even the dishes are super beautiful Absolutely worth all the good reviews, thank you!

What can I say, fantastic accommodation as well as the place where it is located. You will find yourself in a beautiful wooden cottage a few steps from the lake, surrounded by mountains still snow-covered in June. The sauna experience is very nice (for a fee, to be requested in advance). Shared but very clean bathrooms. Thanks to Michelle for the wonderful accommodation

Living in this cabin for a few days did me a world of good. It's the perfect place to recharge your batteries after a hard week's work. There's nothing superfluous, everything you need and a magnificent landscape. 🏔️✨ For the adventurers, the nearby Yksendalstølen hike is a must. 👌 Thanks to Jarand for everything!

A great accommodation and a great host =) we had a wonderful week in the house, and even if the weather did not always cooperate, we were able to enjoy the time. Steinar is great - always available, short-term suggestions depending on the weather and always very helpful. We will be happy to come back =)

Cozy house with beautiful views. It is very quiet and has a nice terrace. There is a place to make a campfire, which we liked very much. Communication with Nils Olav went smoothly, he was quick to send information. The area is very quiet and incredibly beautiful. Recommended!

I had a such a peaceful and restorative stay! The host was unbelievably kind and helpful, and the space was perfect for my needs. It was very cozy with nice lighting and candles, a beautiful view, and cute little touches throughout. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare myself food, the bed was very comfortable, and the space is very well thought-out in terms of amenities and space. The location is gorgeous and I went for a few beautiful hikes straight from the Airbnb, with some recommendations from the host. It feels very remote and removed, but the Stanghelle train stop is only a 30 min walk or 5 min drive, so it is very accessible even with public transit. I did not drive so I cannot speak to the parking, but the host very kindly picked me up from the train station and personally showed me how to get into the cabin. I highly recommend this space and host and will be keeping an eye out for when the next door cabin is finished, as well!

We were looking to experience a little of a Norwegian hytte and enjoyed our stay tremendously. What a thoughtfully planned and beautifully designed place. Thank you for sharing this amazing space for others to enjoy. We took a dip in the Fjord, enjoyed the stillness of the forest, and took in the unforgettable views of the water and hills. It was sufficiently far from major town centers while still having a small town center ( Eikelandsosen) 10 minutes away by car with supermarket and amenities. A wonderful location.

‎‏We had a enjoyable experience, greatly enhanced by the comfort and cleanliness of the cabin, as well as Ase's outstanding hospitality. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and we truly felt welcomed throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place.
