In the heart of Périgord Noir, 10 minutes from Sarlat One-story, air-conditioned house with a magnificent view of the castles of Beynac and Castelnaud and the gardens of Marqueyssac. The Dordogne is less than 1 km away, for swimming. The garden is landscaped and fenced. Come and rest in the shade of a two-hundred-year-old oak tree We acquired this house in 2025 and have just finished renovating it. We have been hosting at our house in Urval since 2021. A true slice of paradise Protected by the calm of the forest in the heart of the Golden Triangle, this authentic Périgord house is located in a magical hamlet 15 minutes from Sarlat. Rare and unusual, this house is my treasure! ⚠️2 adorable cats need to be fed during your stay. Very grateful to the hosts, they sometimes bring back "gifts" (birds, field mice)... 2 km from the famous and sumptuous Château de Beynac. The house is perched in the heart of the valley of the castles in Périgord noir. You will find an equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, an entrance, a bathroom with toilets. On the ground floor, you will stroll in the leather living room or in the interior swing, a 160 cm wide bedroom, another bathroom and toilet. Upstairs are two other attic bedrooms, one with a large 140 bed and the other two 90 cm beds. You park your car in the lower part.

It offers, from each of its rooms, an unforgettable view of the river. It is located near Sarlat, La Roque-Gageac but also the famous Lascaux caves and the castle of Milandes. It is not suitable for young children and very old people (stairs).
