Amazing stay. Elena was very helpful and responsive. She even greeted us on check in and my kids instantly felt home and interacted with her. She even baked us some pastries that were delicious. The apartment was very clean, spacious and cozy. Modern design with excellent furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. We very much enjoyed our stay as it was cooler up in the mountains compared to Lugano. The view of the lake is great especially when you sit outside. Laundry room was clean and easy to use (needs arrangements with the host, but that was easy as she is very responsive). All in all, we highly recommend Elena’s place.

We were coming for a conference in Lugano center. We had a last minute cancellation of another location and Vanessa was gracious in booking us. She was honest about the lack of AC but truthfully open doors with a good fan made the place comfortable. It is about 20-22 min from the Palazzo with a brisk walk and is on reliable bus lines
