Lovely attic, recently renovated, consists of a kitchenette and refrigerator, with the possibility to cook and eat, a sitting area with sofa, TV, DVD player and a large collection of movies, Wi-Fi, double bed, private facilities with sink, shower and washing machine. Two large windows that open transom makes the room very bright, with the possibility to look out to enjoy the beautiful surrounding landscape. The accommodation is well insulated and is not bothered by outside noise, great for relaxing in peace. Parking Private parking near the entrance. The accommodation is situated in the center of Dervio, the train station is 100 meters, exit SS36 Milano-Lecco-500m Valtellina, a supermarket, a bank and pharmacy 50mt, 300mt to the beach. Opportunity to hike in the mountains without the use of means of transport, school of surfing, sailing, kite surfing, boat trips. The city of Lecco is located 30km, 80km Milan, Como, 50km, 40km to the border with Switzerland, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna can be reached easily by ferry or hydrofoil. In winter, the ski resorts of the Valtellina (Madesimo, Bormio, Chiesa Valmalenco) are less than an hour's drive.

Our traditional and typical house is situated on the western shore of Lake Como, north of Menaggio. A great view overlooking the central lake. The enclosed garden has ample parking space for car or bike. Next us stop 100 m from our house. Please note that our house is quit simple, so don't expect anything above price level. Note also that the road is 75 m away, so it may be heard. And note that the bed has only italian size, that is 190 cm long. CIR: 013248-BEB-00002

We had a great stay. The hosts stayed up late to be able to greet us when we arrived and helped us find our way in the dark (we arrived after 23:00). Everything was clean and just as described in the listing. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at the Suite Blu and loved the view directly into the lake and the possibility to swim and sunbathe right outside the door! Amazingly it wasn’t crowded and it was so nice in the garden shared with other apartments where older people relaxed, sometimes children played and we read and played chess. The bars and restaurants are lovely and affordable and the supermarket in the neighboring city (20 minutes beautiful walk) can provide everything needed for a home-cooked meal in the very well-equipped kitchen. We came and left with the C10 bus to/from Como S. Giovanni trainstation. The bus rides right ext to the apartment from early morning to evening - but often with a delay, so be a little patient and plan with a buffer of time.

This is the perfect place. You can see the park-like setting and the lake and the snow covered mountains beyond. It is also entertaining to watch the windsurfers and hydrofoils racing all over the lake. We ate dinner every night at the delightful restaurant just a short walk away. We loved the fact that they sent us home with fresh croissants for breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very nice, large, very cozy and tastefully furnished, there were even tea lights and candles with which you could create a nice atmosphere in the evening. We felt right at home Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The amenities were also great, there was everything you needed. The location was very quiet, and there was a supermarket nearby where you could get everything you needed. Communication with the host was also very good. All in all a 5 star stay, which can be absolutely recommended🤩👌🏻!

The way to the chalet is a bit further (a good 20 minutes from the main road by car) but it is absolutely worth it. The view and the quiet location in the small village are irreplaceable. We used the fireplace in the house extensively, as unfortunately there is no heating, which is not a problem in the summer months. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for good cooking, which we also used extensively. The evenings on the balcony with home-cooked food and this wonderful view were just the thing for our vacation. Sofia is a great host, very accommodating, with good tips for the area and always helpful. We are already thinking about going to the lake again next year and booking with Sofia!
