We have greatly enjoyed our stay in Arpino at Wednesday! The cottage is so cozy and tastefully decorated, the view is priceless. We completely relaxed here and enjoyed it to the fullest! Arpino itself is also a nice charming village and everyone is friendly. Wednesday had good tips for the area! We highly recommend it! :-)

The accommodation is a gem, equipped with everything and tastefully furnished. Host Raffaele is super helpful and very responsive. The value for the money is great. I am very satisfied.

The word "sensational" cannot accurately describe Giosy, her mother (Mrs. Assenta) and her apartment! It is wonderful, a charm with "vintage" air, you feel in the 1950s! All clear, all charming, a hot, delicious bath, a very good WI-FI and a splendid view of the region of Minturno! Giuseppina is fantastic as a host and did not miss any details! One of the best AirBnb I've ever stayed in!! Enjoy to know the region well. There's a lot to do! Note 1000! Super recommend!!

Paola’s place was truly great! Great location, beautiful flat, close to all of the sites that you want to see in Rome! Many great restaurants and cafe’s nearby with easy access to the train and metro for longer hauls. As a host, Paola was incredibly responsive from the second we booked. She was helpful with recommendation and extremely flexible when we arrived early and asked to check in at 1pm. We would recommend to our friends and family!

Very positive experience: the apartment is really nice and complete with every accessory and comfort for an extended stay. Our only mistake was deciding to dine out, when we could have enjoyed a beautiful sunset view of the sea from the terrace. Absolutely recommended also for the kindness and helpfulness of the hosts. A unique experience! The apartment is simply wonderful: very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you could need — and even more. The care with which Luca has prepared every detail is truly unique. We found a wide selection for breakfast, toothbrush and toothpaste in case of forgetfulness, and even two multi-output cables to recharge any device. An attention that makes the difference: the sheets and towels were not only clean, but also very fragrant, which is not at all obvious! Not to mention the view of Lake Nemi: simply enchanting. A panorama that alone is worth the stay, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from the chaos of the city. Finally, Luca was an exceptional host: very helpful, attentive and generous with valuable advice that allowed us to discover the best of the area. A real tour guide! Highly recommended. You can clearly see how much passion there is behind it: we will definitely be back!

Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

Kindness, availability distinguish Giampiero who with his taste has created a fantastic environment with generous spaces and equipped with every comfort. The apartment is kept with clean and tidy care. If I get a chance, I'll definitely come back.

Staying at Mario’s airbnb was amazing. It was our first time to Rome and we are so happy we stayed here. Mario met us as we checked in and helped us get settled. He was so communicative and helpful. He was kind and understanding when our flight was delayed multiple times and he helped us when we needed assistance with the apartment. The airbnb was cozy cute and had a beautiful view. Great location. Near metro and spanish steps. Short walk to Trevi. Great apartment! Very clean. Love the layout. Balcony is very peaceful at night. Tastefully decorated. The ONLY downside is that there is no elevator. This is stated in the description so it was not a surprise.

We loved our stay in Civitella Roveto. The place is very cute, with a wonderful view, and has everything you could possibly need. Our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, really wonderful people. The town is in beautiful, peaceful surroundings, with easy access to larger cities nearby and Rome, and has many shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back again!

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.
