The Casa del Barone is located inside the ancient Baglio di Borgopetra, built in the 1700s, lovingly restored in the 2000s and since then open to hospitality. Inside the property there are 3 other apartments of different sizes, all tastefully furnished, with family furniture and souvenirs from around the world, arranged around the internal courtyard. The two spaces are united by a corten structure with a slatted roof, which provides a shady open plan kitchen and dining area next to a terrace and 4m x 7m salt water swimming pool, built in lava stone, recreating the the colours of the Etna coastline

The magnificent trompe-l'oeil frescoed hall and the historic Italian garden are remarkable. A cleaning service and a gardener's maintenance service will be available for the duration of the stay.
