Holiday rentals with beach access in Viana do Castelo District

Très bel appartement, calme, avec une vue sympathique sur la côte sauvage. En face il y a un supermarché, ce qui est très pratique. Nous avons eu un retard d'un jour sur notre arrivée suite à un problème de transport et Mariana s'est adaptée, merci encore. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet appartement si on retourne à Ancora

Arrivé facile et bonne description du logement. Il était beaucoup plus grand que nous pensions. Cuisine équipée avec sel / poivre / huile et beaucoup de vaisselle. Le lave vaisselle se lave en 20 min. wow! Beaucoup de couvertures moelleuses et tout était propre. Bon chauffage. Peut-être que nous aurions installé le patio plus en hauteur pour mieux voir la mer. Le matelas du lit principale était très dur. Nous ne sommes pas habitué et nous avons eu mal au dos. Nous avons dormi les 2 dernières nuit sur le divan qui était super confortable. Propriétaire très réactive à nos questions et nos demandes. Je recommande ce logement.

A casa é muito boa, limpa, confortável, com todos equipamentos para uma ótima estadia. Tania é uma pessoa gentil, preocupada em oferecer o melhor, e respostas rápidas. Flexibilizou nosso check-out, e como o wi-fi estava lento por conta da empresa fornecedora, providenciou imediatamente um repetidor de sinal que resolveu o problema. Indico !

Great location with plenty of space, very clean and very accessible location for water sports at the beach from the Duotone pro centre. Private car parking was excellent.

estadia muito agradável, ficamos no T0, tudo muito limpo e arrumado, a moradia é muito agradável e fica num lugar muito sossegado com uma bela vista mesmo á porta, tem riachos e o som da natureza apenas, o José esteve sempre disponível pra nós ajudar em tudo, foi muito simpático, a casa tem tudo o que é necessário para passar uns dias bem tranquilos na natureza, foi tudo incrível, se pensar em voltar a visitar a serra do gerês, com toda a certeza que irei procurar novamente a moradia pra me alujar nela

What a great place...could not ask for a better location. Loved our walks every evening along the river, that is practically right across the street, to the mouth of the Atlantic. Many great restaurants within easy walking distance. But, we also cooked in a lot of nights...well appointed kitchen with just about everything we needed. We stayed for a month and were very comfortable. While we did not get to meet our hosts in person, they responded to our inquiries quickly. We already have it booked in the autumn for a return trip!

- Host: very communicative & helpful. Provided bus timetable. Upon my request, Luis even provided local church times & recommendations for alternative accommodation as we wanted to stay longer in Gerês and Luis’ place was unfortunately booked for those dates. - Location: next to flowing river. Close to PR6 & PR3 TBR hiking trails. 2min walk to 201 bus stop. 12min walk to Geres shops but not on the main road so it is quieter. Some noise from apartment neighbours but not too disturbing. Entire unit block seems to be Airbnb/holiday rentals, so in the peak times I imagine it would be busier & noisier. (I stayed in May). - Space: small, but practical. Might be cramped for 4 guests, for 2 guests it’s OK. A shame it doesn’t have a balcony, there are other rentals in the block that do. - Amenities: small kitchen but well-equipped. I appreciated the cooking oil, salt etc. No washing machine but has clothesline - Bed: double bed was comfortable. I did not try the sofa bed.

appartement spacieux, clair et très bien situé avec une superbe vue. On s y sent très bien. Le garage est bien pratique pour ranger des affaires. Le seul inconvénient c est le stationnement assez aléatoire.

I truly loved this rental, and will definitely stay here again. It is clean, spacious, and so conveniently located. Pedro and Inez were very helpful and communicative. I loved everything about Casa da Figueira!

Das kleine Haus ist ein wunderbarer Urlaubsort. Es ist sehr liebevoll und gleichzeitig praktisch eingerichtet. So hat man alles, was man braucht. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist großartig. Gut ist auch, dass es einen Kamin gibt, es kann doch ungemütlich kalt sein abends. Sehr praktisch fand ich den Wintergarten, er heizt sich tagsüber auf und man kann die Wärme für das Haus nutzen. Außerdem ist er die Verbindung von Haus zum Bad - sehr gut gelöst. Wir haben auch das Barbecue häufig benutzt, zumal es im Fischladen um die Ecke fangfrischen Fisch gibt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Adoramos a nossa estadia! A casa estava impecavelmente limpa e confortável para nos receber. A Cristina e o seu marido foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos! O espaço exterior é excelente para aproveitar momentos em família, assim como a vista da cozinha/sala, todos os dias jantamos com vista para o pôr do sol. A casa fica muito perto de supermercados, restaurantes e até da praia e dos passadiços. Gostamos muito!

Der Aufenthalt bei Ricardo war super! Gleich bei der Ankunft wurden wir von seiner Frau nett empfangen. Sie hat uns auch alles erklärt und einen Obstkorb zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut, in ein paar wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand. Einziger Störfaktor sind die Straße neben dem Haus, an dem einigen Autos vorbeifahren und der Zug, der durchschnittlich einmal in der Stunde vorbeizischt. Insgesamt hat es uns aber sehr gut gefallen und wir würden die Unterkunft jedem und jeder weiterempfehlen!

Foi uma excelente estadia. Proporcionou uma tranquila visita ao Gerês e a São Bento da Porta Aberta. Excelente localização com restaurantes e minimercados perto para podermos confecionar/almoçar. A casa permite nos fazer caminhadas ou longas corridas no meio da natureza observando pequenos riachos e lindas paisagens. Foi uma experiência muito boa. A casa estava em ótimo estado e tem todas as condições para receber familias. Obrigada à Sara que foi quem nos orientou na nossa estadia e que não deixou que nos faltasse nada.

Maria and her husband were incredibly kind to me and my family / friends. We came from all over with young children and everyone had the most amazing time, food, hospitality, wine, good vibes all round. Maria kindly let us stay an extra night, and graciously bought us lots of wine and extras. I had a long lovely chat with Maria and we spoke about the world and life. First of all Victoria and Luis have been the perfect hosts. Super friendly and helpful and always there when we had a question. The apartment is very clean with all amenities you need and perfectly located in best proximity to the wonderful Cabadelo beach. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset after a day at the beach overlooking the pine trees and the rivermouth. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will come back for sure!!! Thanks Victoria and Luis for being such great hosts.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad. Het appartement kwam overeen met de foto's en een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon. De communicatie met Laura is goed en reageerde snel. Het is een leuk klein dorp met een goede trein verbinding naar verschillende dorpen. In het dorp Caminha kan je met een water taxi over de rivier Mino naar Spanje. Restaurants, supermarkt zijn op loop afstand. Begin september was er 3 dagen een dorpfeest met een kermis voor de deur. Heel gezellig, optochten kon je zo vanaf het balkon aanschouwen. Ik zou het appartement en de plaats Vila Praia de Ancora aan ieder aanbevelen.

Das Apartment und die Lage sind wie beschrieben. Schöne Ausssicht auf die Stadt und den Hafen. Der Strand ist sehr nahe und für Wassersportler (Surfen, Kiten, SUP) ideal oder schwimmen. Der CheckIn und CheckOut war super easy. Für kleine Einkäufe befindet sich ein kleiner Minimark in der Nähe und eine Bäckerei. Mit einer Fähre (von Mai bis September) kommt man in 5 Minuten in die Stadt Viana do Castello. Wir waren begeistert und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Amazing host and lovely apartment ! Maurício could not have nicer or more helpful - he was definitely the highlight of my stay. From meeting you at check in to giving local recommendations to going above and beyond to make sure the apartment was in perfect condition. For the apartment, I appreciated the heating, comfortable bed and sofa, good wifi, and lovely views from the balcony. Having the beach only a couple minutes’ walk is a real plus that both my dog and I enjoyed. Because there is so much to do in the area I didn’t use the pool/gym as I planned, but it looked really nice. Finally I found the locals quite friendly on walks around, which I appreciated. If you’re thinking of a stay, book without hesitation!
