We loved our stay at Laura’s house! The house is in the quiet area, but not far from the beach, marina and train station. There are a lot of restaurants out there and many places for having a delicious breakfast 🥐 We enjoyed the outdoor area as well as very fresh and air-conditioned indoor 🩵 Thank you for having us, would love to come back ❣️

We had already booked this apartment for the second time and were again very satisfied. We really liked the location, the modern furnishings and the comfort. Highlighted is the excellent communication with Sophia, who practically day or night in case of problems immediately and helped us out. The only point of criticism was that compared to last year, not quite all the amenities were available and we had to ask a few things. Although Sophia solved practically all the challenges immediately, it was still a small smear. Whining to a high standard.

I loved the apartment, it's in a very good location, you can rent bicycles and leave them in the building. The apartment is very comfortable and when I return to Viareggio I would like to stay with Sarah again. The apartment and the city are totally recommended.

Everything is perfect! The apartment in person is even more beautiful than in the photos, truly a dream, the terrace is priceless. Very quiet and peaceful location, but still close to both the center and the sea, reachable in 10/15 minutes on foot. There is also a beautiful park nearby that makes everything even more pleasant. Fabrizio and his wife are two fantastic hosts, super helpful, they made us feel at home. Thanks again for everything!
