Recently renovated, it is equipped with fiber WiFi, a kitchen, a large living room, a double bedroom and a terrace (no sea view). Equipped with an elevator that goes all the way into the house, it is located on the fifth floor of the prestigious former Regina hotel building.

Dear guests, you are welcome in our house. Full of light, style and modernity. New and equipped with all comforts, the house is located in central and quiet district of Viareggio. In just 5 min walk you will reach pine forest, in 15 min on the seafront. A supermarket within walking distance. Walking distance from the station to visit cities such as Lucca, Pisa and Florence. For me it is a special place so I wish you to spend good moments in relaxation and tranquility with your loved ones!

Typical local cottage with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and private courtyard for dining al fresco. We host up to 4 people, 2 in the bedroom and 2 on a large sofa bed in the living room, both with Air Cond. The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and the covered courtyard. All is within walking distance: supermarket 3', bus 4', station 7', restaurant 7', market 12'. In less than 15' you arrive on the beach through the pine forest. A cosy and tastefully furnished space.

The beach and the famous passeggiata are in 5 minutes walking distance.

Wonderful apartment in modern style just 2 minutes from the sea. Just one minute from the motorway entrance/exit. Located on the first floor of a recently renovated building, the apartment is completely new, bright and airy, thanks to its terrace. At the centre of Lido di Camaiore, it allows maximum comfort for all services such as: supermarket, bakery, household items, gastronomy, pharmacy, lounge bar, restaurants and bike rental.

Elegant newly renovated apartment, large and bright, has a large living room with a 50-inch TV. The sleeping area consists of a large double bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed and a TV. The second bedroom has a single bed and a second foldaway bed. The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the Apuan Alps and you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.
