We like to pamper our guests. Delightful and bright apartment in Torre del Lago Puccini, a hamlet of Viareggio (600 m from the center of the pass and 6 km from the center of Viareggio), first and last floor, modern style, non-smoking, private parking. Very quiet, close to the sea and the beach, in an ideal geographical context to visit Tuscany and Cinque Terre. It overlooks a private street, so silence and tranquility are guaranteed. We speak French (mother tongue), English and Italian. It consists of a living room with Smart TV, dining area, kitchenette, double bedroom with air conditioning (possibility of adding a camping bed for children), bedroom with 2 single beds (cm80x190 each), bathroom (with comfortable shower cabin, toilet, sink, bidet, hairdryer, cabinet with mirror), 4 balconies (with living room access, dining area, kitchen and bedroom), private parking space (not covered), as well as the possibility of parking on the main street. It is accessed via a large external staircase. The kitchen is equipped with a stove (4 gas burners), electric oven, fridge with freezer/glacier, various appliances (microwave oven, Italian coffee maker - mocha, American coffee, waffle coffee machine - Dolce Gusto, toaster, electric kettle, mini-pimer, electric shake); on the kitchen balcony washing machine and service sink. Each room is equipped with heating (methane) managed with programmable thermostat; also in the master bedroom also air conditioning. Thermo-autonomous with continuous hot water production. All rooms are equipped with Schuko outlets and mosquito nets with windows and doors (renovated in 2024). Wi-fi (by agreement), Smart TV (flat screen), washing machine, ironing board and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer, electric broom, selection of books in Italian and foreign language (French, Portuguese, German, Flemish, Dutch, Polish, Russian and Romanian); also possibility of a camping bed and high chair for a child (both by prior agreement). The house is equipped with blankets, pillows, sheets/pillowcases, and towels. You will find the beds ready upon your arrival, with a set of 3 towels per person. The sea (Tyrrhenian Sea) is 2.5 km away with a beautiful beach with fine golden sand, suitable for families with children, equipped with bathing establishments, but also with free beach. Massaciuccoli Lake, overlooking the open-air theater and the house of maestro Giacomo Puccini, is 3.5 km away. Nearby summer pool (2.5 km), discos and clubs (dance halls, pubs, wine bars), cinemas (3 rooms in Viareggio), tennis courts, riding stables, port with the possibility of renting boats. Possibility of trecking, mountaineering and climbing in the Apuan Alps, windsurfing on the sea, horseback riding, boat trips to the sea and the lake. Supermarkets 1km away, shops 600m away; restaurants (land and sea) and pizzeria on the lake and marina (also 300m from the apartment). What to do: Puccinian Festival in Torre del Lago (opera, in July and August), Versiliana Festival in Pietrasanta (concerts, operas and theater), Carnival of Viareggio (January-February), Lucca Comics & Games in Lucca (late October - early November), Summer Festival in Lucca (July - concerts), thermal baths of Bagni di Lucca (30 km). City to visit: Lucca (25Km), Pisa (20Km), Siena (160Km), Florence (100Km), Volterra (100Km),Colonnata (40Km), Cinque Terre (60Km). Nature: Apuan Alps (15Km), San Rossore Park, Orecchiella Lake, Wind Cave. Lucca, Montecarlo and Versilia wine and oil. How to get there:By car: for those coming from Genoa/Milan, exit at Viareggio and follow directions to Pisa/Torre del Lago Puccini (Marina di Torre del Lago exit);for those coming from Florence/Rome/Livorno, exit at Pisa North, take the Aurelia in the direction of Viareggio and exit at Marina di Torre del Lago. By train: Torre del Lago Puccini station is about 1.6 km away; Viareggio station is about 6 km from the house. By plane: Pisa Galileo Galilei airport (25Km) or Florence Amerigo Vespucci (90Km) In the period between June 15 and September 15, the minimum period of stay is 14 days. Consumption is included in the rental price except for air conditioning that is not included from June 15th to September 15th. Unlimited Wi-Fi in June-September (in other months by agreement). Indoor parking, not covered, not supervised. Children welcome. Non-smoking only. No pets allowed. Not accessible to the disabled (first floor accessible only by staircase). We suggest arriving by car. Apartment for up to four people. The landlord lives in a separate structure near the house. Any accommodation tax charged to the customer. This is a tourist rental without provision of ancillary services.

La Casetta di Mario - a cosy seaside cottage

Typical local cottage with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and private courtyard for dining al fresco. We host up to 4 people, 2 in the bedroom and 2 on a large sofa bed in the living room, both with Air Cond. The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and the covered courtyard. All is within walking distance: supermarket 3', bus 4', station 7', restaurant 7', market 12'. In less than 15' you arrive on the beach through the pine forest. A cosy and tastefully furnished space.

Independent house with garden

In the heart of Viareggio, 1.5 km from the sea, an 80-square-meter detached house with independent access, renovated, with private parking and large garden for exclusive use with barbecue. Kitchenette complete with everything you need to cook. Quiet and quiet accommodation, neighborhood served by shops, supermarkets and pharmacy. From here you can easily reach the most beautiful cities in Tuscany: Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta, Lucca, Pisa and Florence.
