A spacious two storey house with 3 bedrooms (with air conditioned), 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges and a nice little garden for summer barbecues and “al fresco” dinners. It has just been nicely re-furnished. We can host 6 people in beds and 2 additional on sofa bed. It is located on a secondary road within walking distance from the main facilities: supermarket 3’, bus stop connected to Pisa airport 4’, railway station 7’, restaurant/pizzeria 7’. In less than 15’ walk you will get onto the beach.

The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

My house is a cottage divided into two units. I live in one, the other is at your disposal. We have recently restored this part just to host travelers. It is a very functional house, with a large kitchen, equipped with an electric oven, microwave and of course a fridge, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small bathroom, a large living room with fireplace. We have a beautiful garden, with a part reserved for you with a table and chairs for eating.

The house is a rustic stone and wood house in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to take walks in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with gas stove, wi-fi, sofa bed and for heating for the winter season it has a wood stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with full bathroom with shower, a wooden loft with a single bed.
