Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Viareggio

From the moment we were greeted by Isabella, Massimo and their son, to the moment we said goodbye we felt right at home. The house is well located. It was nice to leave the hustle of the old city and retreat to the expansive peaceful terrace of the house for an “aperitivo” before dinner. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after long days of touring. One of our favorite things was collecting water from the town spring, which was just a few doors away.

Absolutely loved our stay at Tomasso Holiday House – a hidden gem in every sense of the word! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the privacy and tranquility of the location. It felt like our own peaceful retreat, tucked away in the hills, yet fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The amenities were top-notch – a perfectly stocked kitchen, cozy living spaces, comfortable beds, and little touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. Getting there was half the fun – the windy roads leading up to the house were scenic and added to the sense of adventure. We actually looked forward to each drive, with sweeping views and a real feeling of escape from the everyday. Tomasso Holiday House is the kind of place you dream about coming back to. It offers the perfect blend of seclusion, comfort, and charm. 10/10 – would absolutely stay again!

Massimo and Brunella are wonderful hosts! The minute we met them it felt like we have known them for years. The house is beautiful, fully equiped, and has a fabulous outdoor space. We felt that Massimo really cared about us and did the utmost to make us feel at home. We spent two weeks at the property and it was amazing due to Massimo's splendid hospitality. Highly recommended!!

Sonia's house in the mountains really is a gem and definitely worth a stay. We stayed here for 12 nights as a family with two small kids. Everyone of us especially loved the pool, the whole atmosphere of being above Montecatini Terme and being able to look into the plane. We could see fireflies every evening once the sun went down. Pretty spectacular. Sonia and Luca were very welcoming and friendly hosts. Make sure to pay a visit to their shop downtown for wine, oil etc. There are plenty of places to visit nearby, especially of course Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia, Florence but also Montecatini Terme itself where you can see the old spa tradition in the richness of its (nowadays at some points a bit run down) architecture. You definitely need a car and shouldn't be afraid of small windy roads. I enjoyed them however.

Unforgettable - one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Incredibly romantic, gorgeous mountain scenery and hiking trails out the door, peaceful and secluded, rustically comfortable and authentic - even an amazing starlit hot tub. We enjoyed the adventurous 30min walk from the carpark, and Valerio and Diego were responsive, helpful, and flexible hosts especially with our late arrival. Go for it!

We had a wonderful stay at Marco's place! The place is breathtaking and the atmosphere is magical :) We felt totally comfortable in the accommodation and it was difficult for us to say goodbye. Marco's tips for activities and restaurants were worth their weight in gold!

Bianca and Gabriele were super accommodating and friendly. She showed us everything in the house. You really felt welcome and comfortable. Bianca gave us tips and sights in the area and was always there for questions. They really made every effort to ensure that we had a wonderful time. In the evening, you could see fireflies and the glowing city from above on the terrace. The house is wonderfully furnished and always wonderfully cool in summer. We'll be back!

Wonderful stay – felt like home! The apartment was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The terrace was a great spot to relax, and the location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the sea and right next to a big supermarket. Our host was super friendly, always available, and made us feel very welcome. It really felt like home. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The view was absolutely breathtaking – waking up to the stunning Tuscan landscape was a true highlight. Communication with our host was smooth and friendly, and the check-in process was super easy. Unfortunately, we had to leave a bit earlier than planned due to health reasons, but that didn’t take away from the wonderful experience. Thank you for your hospitality!

Mrs Gabriella was really so kind. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but she helped us check-in early even though she was on duty. The accommodation is so clean and well-organized. In addition, she provided fruits, bread, snacks, wine, and harmonies etc. If I have a chance, I would like to stay at the accommodation again. See you again!!

First of all, a fantastic location, the apartment practically on the beach, waking up and looking at the sea was beautiful. Then the location to reach the goals we had set for ourselves was perfect. The apartment is very nice, clean and Sarà is always ready for anything you need.

We had a very relaxing week at Franco’s property. The place was well appointed including the full kitchen and we really enjoyed sitting outside with a glass of wine looking over the beautiful countryside. A perfect retreat. Highly recommended

Exceptional accommodation. A very good place to be able to make excursions to other places of interest such as Pisa, Lucca, Viareggio, Cinque Terre. The house is perfect for a family. It's exactly as shown in the pictures. Perfect cleanliness. A/C and fans. The pool is a plus that has made everyone's vacation happy. After going on excursions, coming home and being able to take a dip is the best! It has everything you need for a vacation. Carmela, an excellent host, welcomed us without waiting, made recommendations for places to visit and was always available to us. Both children and adults, we have really enjoyed the house and the incredible surroundings of this land. I would definitely stay here again. I absolutely recommend it. Andrea truly is a Super Host, nothing was too much trouble, very responsive to queries. Spent a month at Andrea's beautiful apartment, was exactly as described and the pictures did not do the apartment justice. It was spotlessly clean on arrival. Andrea was there to welcome us and gave good instructions to make the most of the apartment. The apartment was fully equipped with literally everything you could need for a short or long stay. Very easy walk/drive to walls of Lucca. Easy access to lots of other places of interest. Already planning a return visit. Neighbours we met very friendly and helpful too. Beautiful area to explore on foot, by bike, by car. People in Lucca extremely friendly and welcoming.

I had the pleasure of staying in Lisa's accommodation and I can only warmly recommend it! Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

A little corner of paradise in the middle of the woods. The wonderful cottage, the large and well-equipped garden, perfect for both humans and dogs, surrounded by peace and tranquility. Silvia always available for any questions. It was 3 regenerating days. Everything was perfect!

Beautiful surroundings and a good base for visiting beautiful cities and villages. The family is very hospitable and very friendly and helpful in the contact. We had a wonderful 2 weeks. If you are looking for peace and quiet... this is the place to be!

We had 10 wonderful days in Lucas' house. The quiet location and the well-kept garden and pool made it possible for us to relax very quickly. Luca came 3 times during our stay to clean the pool and the conversations with him were always very nice. Although we had several very hot days, it was always pleasantly cool in the house, even without using the air conditioning.

We stayed here for two nights, we were in 7 people total + 5 dogs. The house is very welcoming and although for seven people it is a little small we had no problems with space. The house is beautiful even if with a lot of dust, I had a little allergy but it is a risk that I took as Silvia had made it clear from the beginning. Beautiful garden, with the perfect barbecue area. Our dogs had a great time. I recommend everyone to stay here, it will be worth it!

Montefegatesi is a very well-kept town. Alessia's house is really well kept and the surrounding landscape is enchanting. It is an ideal accommodation for a retreat in the peace of nature. From Montefegatesi, there are several well-marked routes, even for non-experts. We'll be back!
