Consisting of 3 double bedrooms, a single bedroom, 3 bathrooms, one with a whirlpool tub, and a large living room. Inside there is a courtyard to enjoy relaxing moments in the sun or in the shade thanks to a beautiful motorized awning. The entire house is air-conditioned.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous Versilia (Tuscany) called Borgo Metato Toscana.
