Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Viareggio

A wonderful experience to stay a few days in the apartment 'Two seas'. Everything was to our liking and the surroundings are fantastic. The bistro set on the balcony is of course very cozy, but it would also be nice if you could grab some more comfortable chairs with cushions after a long walk. Furthermore, everything was perfectly arranged.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely accommodation in beautiful surroundings very much. Kate was very helpful and communicative. She very kindly left us some food (and Prosecco!) as our flight was delayed which meant we missed the supermarket visit prior to checking in. She made recommendations for thermal baths when we showed interest in these and she delivered a little bottle of delicious limoncello as an extra treat during our 5-night stay! The view from the pool is amazing and swimming and lounging on the sun beds in that area were very relaxing. The drive to the accommodation is quite challenging up a narrow, steep mountain road with hairpin bends, which did give us the willies when driving there, especially in the dark! But all in all a wonderful stay - thank you!

It was a dream vacation😍👌. The hosts - Valentina and Sergio are nice and helpful in every situation, the apartment is clean and fragrant. What we visited in the area could be called a piece of paradise on earth and after intense sightseeing, real relaxation in this wonderful place. If you are not a fan of big cities, I honestly recommend it, I could live there even tomorrow🥰.

Excellent experience for lovers of mass tourism. The accommodation is very nice and very close to the center and the sea. It corresponds exactly to the photos published. the indoor parking space is an added value. Too bad it's always full, otherwise I would have come more often.

This apartment was like a home away from home for several weeks. The location is great, the building and area quiet, the accommodations comfortable and clean. Giulia and Lorenzo are super responsive and helpful with recommendations and advice. A wonderful stay!

This was the most beautiful flat that we stayed at during our travels through Italy. Modern, well decorated and clean in the beautiful city center of Lucca. Very close to restaurants and shopping. The AC was the best I have experienced in Europe. The views from the roof Terrace were exceptional and made our stay! The photos do not even do this apartment justice it was absolutely stunning. You do have to walk 4 stories up so pack light! Cannot wait to be back I would recommend this to everyone!

Nice apartments 15 minutes from good beach bars. The apartment was clean, there were a lot of bath accessories, a lot of useful dishes for cooking in the kitchen. As a bonus, toys for children in common use. Opposite the apartment there is a grocery store and a pharmacy nearby. The apartment smelled clean, there were tablets for the dishwasher and even an umbrella for the beach. I really liked communicating with the host, he responded quickly and in a friendly manner. I recommend this place !

We felt comfortable in the historic house and the extensive olive grove all around. You have the estate completely to yourself and can enjoy peace and nature accordingly. The location is perfect. You can quickly reach the towns of Camaiore, Pietrasante and Viareggio by car. Gianluca provided us with valuable tips and hints for excursions and local specialties in a humorous and warm way.

Very nice big apartment in a medieval village square with lots of character. Go and have a drink with the locals at the bar 2 doors away, they are very friendly.

Massimo and Brunella are wonderful hosts! The minute we met them it felt like we have known them for years. The house is beautiful, fully equiped, and has a fabulous outdoor space. We felt that Massimo really cared about us and did the utmost to make us feel at home. We spent two weeks at the property and it was amazing due to Massimo's splendid hospitality. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful accommodation! We really liked how the interior and exterior are furnished. I particularly liked the garden. There are many charming corners to discover, with statues hidden in the greenery and small tables. Ideal location to spend a weekend in the countryside relaxing away from the city.

Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund, Focaccia, was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening while enjoying the beautiful sunset. 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro has always been super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me very valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

Santa Lucia has a wonderful location in the mountains. The view is indescribably beautiful - from the mountains of the region you can see the sea on the horizon. From Santa Lucia, you can reach other larger cities and the beach by car. The place is lovingly and stylishly decorated. We felt very comfortable right away. The garden offers several options for sitting, sunbathing, or dining outdoors while enjoying the view. Gloria was a great, open and very lovely hostess. She took a lot of time for us to show and explain everything. For us, the stay at Casa Gloria was a highlight of our trip through Tuscany. We will come back to enjoy this little piece of earth again.

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Lovely little place, perfect for a couple. Very peaceful, absolutely beautiful scenery. Very clean, with an amazing host. Would happily go back. The only thing I would say is, that the drive to the property can be challenging for drivers who don’t have a lot of confidence. Other than this, it’s an amazing house, lots of character, we loved it!

The apartment was amazing - comfortable, cosy, clean, nicely decorated and furnished. The location is perfect, super close to the train station so you can easily visit Cinque Terre, close to Coop (supermarket), also walking distance to the city centre to go to restaurants, stores and marina. Alessandra was very communicative from the start, gave us local recommendations and advice, very kind. We highly recommend staying here!

Amazing host and showed us everything during checkin ..

We loved staying at Adriana’s Air B&B! The building was very historical and it was fun to ride in the antique elevator. The apartment had everything you’d need and felt very comfortable. The location is very close to the train station, the building has an excellent convenience store/bakery at the bottom level and around the corner is a grocery store. We felt like we had a true Italian experience with local spots to eat very nearby. Adriana was a wonderful host and took the time to get us acquainted with the apartment when we arrived. She also was very prompt on responding to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this Air B&B.

Stayed for 4 days at Andrea's place. The apartment was well equipped and had a nice patio to sit on. Best part about it was Andrea gave his number and quickly responded to all of our questions about the area and the apartment. He gave some great restaurant recos and the apartment is about 5m walk from the main square and 10m from the train station. Would recommend for sure. Thanks!

George's apartment is modern, beautifully furnished and well located. My family and I enjoyed staying here and felt right at home. All the amenities (TV, oven, air con) are easy to use, and the rear garden is a total sun trap. George is also really quick at replying and very helpful, with questions and advice.

Excellent location to leave the car and explore Cinque Terre. 5 min walk to train, 6 min walk to large grocery store. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the patio listening to the birds. Ground floor so no stairs. Place is a bit dated but functional.

Great welcome from hostess Gisella. Great view of the cathedral, Duomo di San Martino from the apartment. Bright, cozy, clean, neat apartment full of loving details. Gisella waited for us with cold water (almost entering summer) and something to eat. Very good idea on her part!!!! He also prepared a personalized map for us to know about places like restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, markets and bike rentals. Map that we use all the time next to the cell phone. Lucca is a beautiful city, especially the city within the wall, full of flowers and lime trees where you can walk, rest and refresh in summer.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, cozy and clean. The bedroom window has a splendid view. Reaching it was easy thanks to the directions provided by Davide. The presence of the parking lot is certainly a big plus, considering the difficulty, in all the towns in the area, of finding not only free but also paid parking space. Davide is an attentive, friendly and super helpful host and we had a great time, thank you.
