Ideal for families, given the extreme proximity to the sea, the pedestrian promenade and all the services of the center. Recently renovated, it is equipped with fiber WiFi, a kitchen, a large living room, a double bedroom and a terrace (no sea view). Equipped with an elevator that goes all the way into the house, it is located on the fifth floor of the prestigious former Regina hotel building.
