zona tranquilla e perfetta per visitare diversi luoghi d'interesse. Alessandro molto simpatico e ci ha dato un sacco di consigli sulla zona. Siamo stati molto bene e anche il nostro cane che ha potuto scorrazzare in giardino.

Todos los días por la mañana limpiaban el baño, por lo que siempre estaba impecable. Queda cerca de la estación del tren, por lo que pude ir caminando sin problemas. Alessandro también me preguntó sobre mis gustos y me dio muchísimas recomendaciones. Excelente alojamiento.

Antonio was really helpful in answering all my questions. He helped me navigate the area and even helped me contact lost and found when I lost my phone. He provides a really nice light breakfast and even allowed me to do a load of laundry after an 11 day cruise. I highly recommend Antonio's place for convenience, location and a very helpful host!

Alessandro was an amazing host! He gave us local tips, maps and books to really learn the history of Venice. His recommended spots to visit (and where to eat gelato) was what made our whole trip! Thank you for everything!

Siamo stati benissimo, per quanto il nostro alloggio sia stato breve, e loro sono stati veramente gentili (ci anno accolti offrendoci addirittura un aperitivo). La stanza era davvero pulita e ordinata, per non parlare dei dipinti che decorano la stanza e l’intera casa. Soggiorno vivamente consigliato.

We absolutely loved our time at Francesca’s B&B. The room was beautiful and super comfortable. Francesca was really welcoming and made sure we knew how to get our way around and that we had everything we needed. Although, the B&B was outside the main island, we appreciated how peaceful the surroundings were, and San Marco was an easy 15 minute ferry ride away. It was perfect. Thank you Francesca!!

Very helpful staff. If you are a religious jew try to find a different place for shabbos, otherwise highly recommend for someone looking for an affordable place to stay in Venice with a friendly staff and comfortable rooms. There are stairs, so If you have a lot of luggage be ready for that.

Bivanje pri Giulii je bilo čudovito, kot v manjšem gradu. Soba, okolica, ustrežljivost Giulie in njene mame je bilo zelo prijazno. Žal sva samo prespala in odpotovala dalje. Okolica obeta veliko zanimivih dejavnosti, tako da se bova z veseljem še vrnila.

If you’re looking for a calm, special place in Italy you should definitely book Villa Nichesola! The staff is very nice, good breakfast & beautiful scenery. We will definitely come back - hopefully with better weather so we can also make use of the pool. The rooms were very clean and comfortable! :) thanks for the nice stay!

Wir haben uns bei Leonella sehr wohl gefühlt. Man merkt, dass sie sich sehr um ihre Gäste kümmert. Sie hat uns jeden Morgen Frühstück gemacht und selbst gebackene Süßigkeiten zubereitet. Das Haus scheint komplett neu renoviert und die Lage ist perfekt um die Proseccogegend zu erkunden. Wir empfehlen wirklich ihren Anweisungen zur Zufahrt zu folgen, da die Abfahrt von der gegenüberliegenden Straße sehr holprig sein kann. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft aber 100% weiter.

Chambre parfaite, encore mieux que ce que j’imaginais ! Salle de bain nickel 👌 Petit déjeuner délicieux. L’endroit est idéalement bien placé, pas trop loin de l’aéroport de Trévise, tout près de la gare pour Venise (mais aucun bruit de train) et proche du centre historique de Trévise. Discussions très agréables ! Je recommande !!!

This place is the perfect Venetian home. Right on the water, easy to find, somewhat away from the main hustle and bustle of the tourist spots. It’s super clean, comfortable, and watching the Gondolas go by while drinking espresso was unreal. Nick is very responsive and ensured we had everything we need during our stay. Highly recommend!

Este hospedaje es totalmente recomendable. La atención está puesta en cada detalle, la casa es hermosa y también la habitación con su balcón. El baño es compartido pero al haber dos para pocas habitaciones estaba casi siempre libre. El desayuno excelente, con todo lo necesario. Martina muy amable, siempre respondió velozmente. La verdad todo excelente, volveremos.

War ne knorke Unterkunft in einem idyllischem Weinanbaugebiet. Raucherarea und der örtliche Wein sind sehr zu empfehlen. Der Soave Classico aus dem eigenen Anbau hat uns persönlich am meisten überzeugt. Top Parkmöglichkeit und extrem zuvorkommender Service. Sehr schöner Anblick und die Location sah auch gut aus. Die top gepflegte Anlage konnte auch mit einer ruhigen Atmosphäre bei uns punkten.

Mi sono sentito molto a mio agio nell’alloggio di Elisabetta. È una persona particolarmente gentile. Le camere erano molto pulite e il collegamento con il centro di Padova è sorprendentemente semplice e veloce grazie al tram. Tornerò volentieri.

We stayed at the Vineyard for a week and made somd Trips around the countryside. It was very clean and quiet. The Pool was a good Place to cool of After a Long day in the citys. We also had an awsome wine tasting of the Produced wines and around the Clock opportunity to buy a good bottle! Also the breakfast was a really nice touch. The only thing what would make it Even more perfekt for a Long stay in italy would be a private fridge in the room.

Al Bnb di Michele si respira davvero un aria di casa, nel mio soggiorno di 2 settimane mi sono sentito davvero coccolato, da Michele con le colazioni buonissime e le torte da lui preparate e dalla sua collaboratrice che ogni giorno si occupa di riordinare la camera, le chiacchere la mattina e i consigli sui posti da vedere nei dintorni, davvero bello ! la location è davvero bella, un bel giardino e dei tavoli in entrata dove poter far colazione o leggere un libro il pomeriggio, la posizione dell alloggio è molto favorevole per andare a visitare le principali città, Venezia e Padova, la fermata del bus è proprio dietro l angolo e l accesso all autostrada se si è in auto è anche quello molto comodo, tutte le mie aspettative sono state soddisfatte e sicuramente lo considererò tutte le prossime volte che sarò in zona! grazie per il tempo speso le attenzioni di michele hanno davvero reso il mio tempo al bnb speciale !!

Abbiamo usato questo alloggio come appoggio post evento, toccata e fuga. Tutto perfetto, host sempre disponibile e velocissima a rispondere :) colazione buona! Consigliato

Massimo is a very kind host ! The place was stunning, pictures don’t do it justice! The views are stunning and location is very peaceful. We made good use of the saunas and hottub, the freshly made snacks were also delicious. The rooms were modern, very well designed and high tech!

La maison est toute neuve, dans un quartier résidentiel de maisons récentes. La maison est grande, les chambres sont très spacieuses et la salle de bain privative est parfaite. La baignoire est vraiment un plus ! Le petit déjeuner est très bien comme d'autres ont déjà pu le dire. On sent que Tatiana est très à l'écoute et veut vraiment faire au mieux malgré qu'elle ne parle pas anglais. Nous avons également pu échanger avec son fils qui parle anglais. Un parking publique se situe en face de la maison. Petit point négatif, on pensait que la belle cuisine était fonctionnelle et utilisable mais non. Il s'agit bien d'un Bed & breakfast, la cuisine n'est pas utilisable. Nous avons passé un bon séjour relaxant et au calme chez Tatiana ☺️

Andreas Unterkunft war das schönste Airbnb, in dem wir je waren. Es liegt vollkommen idyllisch und ist einfach perfekt für einen Mix aus Entspannung und Ausflügen. Andrea und sein Team sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Essen war jedes Mal wahnsinnig lecker und mit viel Liebe zum Detail angerichtet. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise hat alles wunderbar geklappt und wir bereuen es, nicht länger gebucht zu haben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! :)

Ottima esperienza. Host super gentile, disponibile e reattivo nelle risposte! Camere grandi, moderne e molto pulite. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Piccole attenzioni come l'aria condizionata già accesa in camera, acqua e caffè a disposizione, la possibilità di fare il checkout più tardi, etc. hanno fatto sì che la nostra permanenza fosse veramente al top. Siamo arrivati più tardi per il check-in, ma non è stato un problema visto che abbiamo potuto recuperare le chiavi ugualmente dalla "cassaforte" esterna. Comunicazione ed informazioni per la procedura ottime! Torneremo sicuramente!

un luogo che ci è rimasto nel cuore, per la bellezza del posto, l'originalità degli ambienti, la tranquillità della zona, la bontà delle colazioni, la simpatia e l'ottima accoglienza di claudia e fabio...non potevamo desiderare altro! il nostro bambino si è innamorato di tutti quanti gli animali, soprattutto dei conigli... spero tanto di poter tornare...
