Sunny Attic Apartment with Stunning Coastline and City Views

Going UP to our terrace (580ft2) you can enjoy one of the best view in the corner. You can also listen to the music in all rooms/terraces to make better your appetizer. Park your car in our private parking to avoid crazy fees on the peninsula. The best size to enter the parking (and enjoy the area) should be about 410cm x 180cm x 170cm (161in x 71in x 67in). Rent a small car to drive easy. Take a METRO (5 minutes far) to go easy and fast to SORRENTO. Go to the Seiano's marina to enjoy one of the best italian restaurant: "La Torre del Saracino" or just to have a glass by the sea. Our apartment is your apartment: you can use everything to feel confortable in the best way. If you smoke please do it outside on the terrace. You can ask input to me: I'll be more then happy to share informations about authentic experiences in the surroundings. From April the 1st until October the 31st each guest is required to pay the tourist tax: it's €1,50 person/day for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. The amount is paid with cash at the check-in. Tax is not applied to people underage. Collected funds will help the city to improve the quality of tourist services. The house is in Seiano, a small and quiet village with all the important things for an enjoyable stay. Two restaurants are close to the apartment, and two master-chef restaurants are at the marina. A delicatessen, bar, and postal office are nearby. From SEIANO METRO STATION you can easy get by train: SORRENTO: 10 minutes POMPEI: 20 minutes ERCOLANO: 40 minutes, In summer time you can also take a boat to go from Seiano's marina to CAPRI: enjoy! By CAR you can easy go to POSITANO, AMALFI, RAVELLO. NOTE: the appartment is at the third floor without elevator. Be sure that you like fitness. In any case I'll be happy to help you with your suitcases. If you arrive by flight in Capodichino Airport, you can take the BUS "Curreri" in front of the entry: ask to the driver for Seiano STOP (usually they do it on demand).

The district is located in the historic center of Seiano, a very quiet and logistically well connected area. The accommodation is located about : 500 m from the railway station ( circumvesuviana ), 150 m from the bus stop, 100 m from the minimarket and bar-tobacchi-edicola , 20 m from the restaurant/pizzeria. Cleanliness is important to us and we want our guests to find a clean and tidy home with fresh and fragrant linen.

Tulliole is located in the center of Vico Equense, 50 meters from the Circumvesuviana station and the bus stop from the airport. The apartment, recently renovated, with an amazing view on the Gulf of Naples, is 500 m from the beaches, reachable either on foot or by bus. Parking space in private garage included, to be confirmed at the time of booking. Below the house: minimarket, restaurants, pubs, bars, rentals. Tourist tax €3 per person per night to be paid at check-in (1 April - 31 October).

Selina was a great host to me and my friend. She replied quickly and allowed us to check in early so that we could drop our bags off, which made it so much easier for us to get out and explore the surrounding area. The BnB was spotless, the bed was comfy, and the balcony has a great sunset view! It’s also a short walk to the train station, which makes it easy to travel to the surrounding areas. We really enjoyed our stay and if we ever come back to Vico we’ll be staying here again.

Anita was an amazing host! Extremely attentive and helpful. I hope to return to Anita's beautiful place again in the future! We spent almost a week here and it was an amazing place central to the region which made it easy to get to everywhere. I will miss her morning breakfast! From the start, she was incredibly flexible — we had a last-minute change of plans and couldn’t arrive on time, but she was completely understanding and allowed us to check in as late as 10:30 PM. What made it even more special was that it happened to be her dad’s birthday that evening, yet she still welcomed us without any hesitation — such a kind gesture! The apartment was beautifully organised, and Noemi explained everything so clearly. We especially loved the dining setup (I have to mention that, haha!). The place was thoughtfully stocked with goodies, which really came in handy as we were quite hungry on arrival. The room was spotless. The highlight for us was the stunning seaside view from the balcony; my husband and I enjoyed our morning breakfast there, and it truly felt magical. The area was incredibly peaceful, with no noise or disturbances — just what we needed after a long day to get a good night’s sleep , Thankyou. Love , Sneha and Harsh.

Airbnb was as described. It is located on a mountain and you have to walk about 10 minutes from the train station & uphill. The house is super nice & there is also a garden where you can hang out. There are also plenty of shopping opportunities and restaurants.

Great location, Great villa, Great views and above all lovely host! Alessandro is a fantastic host, he made our stay very pleasant by going above and beyond - always responsive and helpful when we needed guidance. He helped us with lots of local tips and recommendations. This villa is in Vico equense which is less touristy than Amalfi or Positano and made it a lot more appealing for us. The villa itself was lovely and well maintained. There is a supermarket nearby for all immediate needs and Alessandro and his mum were super helpful when we needed anything. It’s easy to get to Sorrento, Amalfi and Positano from here by train or by car. My husband I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again. Highly recommend this location and this villa!
