Seaside Living Close to the Stadium. Alt Power.

The apartment is 50m2 consisting of the following: •bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom (toilet, hand basin and shower), •living area with a small desk •Kitchenette with oven, microwave and fridge •Second toilet which also houses washing machine. There is a television in the bedroom as well as in the living area. Uncapped Wi-Fi is available in the unit. Guests will receive their own set of keys and will have the entire apartment to themselves. The apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor. Although the area is safe for pedestrians at day and night, the apartment is also very secure. The door has a security gate and the outside window sill is about 3m above the ground level. The window is fitted with lockable security shutters. The complex has access control and there is a fulltime janitor on site. You will be welcomed in person and you can get in touch with me at any point during your stay. The building is located in Mouille Point, an affluent and safe suburb located between the V&A Waterfront and Sea Point. It is conveniently situated within walking distance of many of Cape Town's major attractions and popular restaurants. Given its central location, highways and major routes in and around the city are within easy access. Cape Town’s International Airport can be reached in 30 minutes. If you do not have a car: coffee shops, restaurants, Green Point Urban Park, golf course, Mouille Point’s beachfront and promenade as well as the V&A Waterfront are all within walking distance. Taxis and Uber readily service the area. Connect to the surrounding areas on the Atlantic Seaboard or central Cape Town via the convenient and popular MyCiTi Bus public service, the Mouille Point bus stop is 120m from the apartment complex. This service also provides access the pristine beaches of Camps Bay, Clifton and Hout Bay. The red hop on hop off City Sightseeing tour bus stops at the Green Point light house on the Sea Point promenade 700m from apartment. Large bedrooms with ample cupboard space. Main bedroom opens up onto the balcony which overlooks the Marina. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher inside the apartment. Guests will have the entire apartment for exclusive use I welcome all guests to the apartment and share my local tips of Cape Town and surrounds. I live only 3km's away for any emergencies and guests are always welcome to text or phone me with any questions during their stay. The building is an easy stroll to the V&A Waterfront shopping complex with loads of great restaurants. It’s a sort drive to the Sea Point promenade and popular Bree, Loop, Long, and Kloof streets with their boutiques, restaurants, and bars. The Marina residential estate is a very exclusive and secure complex.
