Holiday rentals with a patio in Victoria & Alfred Waterfront

I had a fantastic stay at this Apartment it is clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, it felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming. The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and public transport. The amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bed, exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again for a comfortable and convenient getaway.

I had the most wonderful stay at this apartment in Cape Town, located right on the canals at the V&A Waterfront. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the vibrant V&A Waterfront and the Two Oceans Aquarium. The Marina Residential complex is stunning, clean, and incredibly safe – I felt at ease even with my two young children. The apartment itself was perfect, spacious, and beautifully decorated with gorgeous artwork that made it feel like home. We also had access to the homeowner's pool, gym, and cafe, which added an extra level of comfort to our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely return and highly recommend it to others!

The 7 of us felt immediately at home. The unit is on the 7 th floor of a, currently in renovation stage, building. (We were informed thereof prior to our allowed cancellation date) -glad we didn’t! Met Franziska on the premises. All went smooth. Ive read some wrote about two bedrooms and bathroom and toilet don’t have a view and is dark, but that didn’t bother us at all, cause we were up early (8am), had breakfast on the balcony with stunning view, then out. And in the evening it was dark anyway to have wanted a view.. therefor the kitchen/balcony and living room are there. We were lucky not to have the builders on our side, but before leaving the flat in the morning, you could hear them. They would arrive at about 8am, but by 10 am we were out. Snd by the time arrived back in the evening, they already left. The boulevard infront is great for walking and having sundowners. It is walking distance to the Waterfront too. The car was parked in the street the whole time, with no incidents.

I would like to thank Monique for the most fabulous stay we have ever had on air bnb. Monique immediately reached out to us as soon as our booking was confirmed, with information which was very helpful about checking in and surrounding area. The whole beautiful cottage was pristine! It felt like we were home. Nothing was missing! Her attention to detail made our stay so comfortable. All cleaning detergents, laundry detergents, bath soaps were provided. The kitchen was stocked with salt and pepper, olive oil, grape seed oil, coffee pods, tea, sugars etc. we found all this very helpful and did not have to stock up on such items. The outdoor areas were clean and beautifully set out with incredible security. The decor inside and outside the cottage had such a comfortable & homey feel to it. Easy walk to Gardens shopping Center and surrounding restaurants! We will definitely be staying with Monique again on our next visit to Cape Town. Thank you Monique for making our stay Perfect.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb. The location couldn’t have been better—conveniently close to all the main attractions, yet set high enough to offer total peace and quiet after a day of exploring. The views of the sea and mountains were truly breathtaking, adding something special to both mornings and evenings. The photos online don’t fully capture the beauty of the view or the seamless flow of the living area out to the patio—it was even better in person. The home was spacious, comfortable, spotless, and tastefully decorated, and offered many comforts and conveniences. The host was very accommodating and made me feel welcome from the very beginning. Communication was easy, and they were always willing to support in making the stay as comfortable as possible. It was a peaceful, refreshing experience from start to finish, and I would return without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Such a stunning property, exactly as pictured. Ian was such a warm and welcoming host. The house had everything we needed for cooking and for a very comfortable stay. The wood burning stove kept the main area warm and cozy. Would highly recommend staying here, we hope to visit again.

This was our first trip to Cape Town but did have feedback from my daughter who is studying there. The Gardens neighborhood worked well because of its central location. Unfortunately the city is car dependent so plan on lots of Ubering - always a car within 2 minutes - even vans! The mall down the street was a blessing - pharmacy, 2 grocery stores and a bunch of other stuff. The home was so perfect for a group of 7 - probably the best was the large open living space that gave way to a work space at the dining room table, cooking space galore in the kitchen, comfy couches to watch the French Open from and then a napping window that is super cozy. There is a great outdoor table and rooftop deck but due to timing and some weather did not spend a lot of time there - but the invitation of both spaces quite charming. Would stay there without hesitation next trip if over 4 travelers!

It was the second time for us in the location. It has even improved in some details. Everything was perfect.

We had an amazing stay! Vincent and Christopher were outstanding hosts — their communication was clear, timely, and made us feel right at home from the start. The space was spotless and looked exactly like the photos, if not better. They went above and beyond to check in and make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Great location and view. The beds were comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful when we Americans had questions about power and hot water issues. We would stay here again and for a longer stay next time!

Me and my family stayed at Don & Jaco's for a week and it was the perfect stay. Their place is absolutely stunning, very homely and the perfect location. Don was an amazing host meeting us at the the time we arrived to show us around the house and run through security information. He was then super responsive throughout our stay and very flexible with our check out time. The house is in a very safe area in Cape Town with many shops, restuarants and the beach in walking distance. I would 100% reccomend staying here :)

Staying here was lovely. The view of the city is gorgeous and the apartment itself is stunningly decorated to give an at home feel. Which it does so easily. The plants in and around the apartment give it such a nice feel too. Overall it was lovely to stay here. walking distance from everything you could need too. Desk staff are super friendly and helpful

I had an amazing stay at my time in 3015. Marius was a welcoming host and we were met with the room in excellent condition. The room perfectly matched the pictures and exceeded my expectations. We felt safe, had a great view and were comfortable. Definitely will stay here again!

Bruce's AirBnb was perfect! Super clean and close to many shops and restaurants. We received lots of recommendations from Bruce which were very helpful. It was super cozy and we LOVED the balcony where you can enjoy the views with your coffee or tea. I would recommend this AirBnb to anybody visiting Cape Town!

Great apartment in many ways. Kirk communicated with us on the day of the check in, waited for us to arrive, and even helped us with our bags. There was an excellent bottle of wine (so good that we bought a few back) and snacks waiting for us. The location was fantastic - easy 20+ minute walk to the V&A, plenty of great restaurants around, right on the beach for great walks, and amazing sunsets on the balcony (we got takeaway twice just so that we can enjoy that with the great wine). Easy to get an Uber around if needed, too. Two large and comfortable bedrooms with all the usual amenities, which apart from the balcony was all we needed. Highly recommended of you are visiting Cape Town.
