Cottage holiday rentals in Victoria

We had a wonderful stay at the cozy cottage and our son loved the farm animals and surrounding gardens. The space was warm, comfortable and very clean. We loved collecting fresh eggs as fruits from the garden in the mornings, what a special treat!

A truly beautiful experience staying at the Wild Orchid Cottage. It is evident to see the love and thought Pia has put into the place. The cottage is in a perfect location and the surroundings are majestic. Pia could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, for that we are so grateful.

Had the most relaxing stay at Airbnb Lady Marmalade. James house exudes a delightful atmosphere, in a quiet neighbourhood featuring soft lighting, cosy central heating system, and an exceptionally comfortable bed. I also found the record collection was a nostalgic trip down memory lane by the wooden pot belly to be particularly enjoyable.

Had the most amazing stay! This little cottage is full of charm and the perfect place to escape to for rest and relaxation. The property is lovely and the cottage itself is cozy and well-equiped with everything you need (and more). The bath on the veranda was totally divine! Hosts also have a great collection of records and CDs which gave the whole stay its own 5-star soundtrack. My only regret not staying longer!

The Studio at Ashwood Cottages was perfect for our weekend away. The design of the is cottage is unique and perfect for a couple. The downstairs area is open and uncluttered, with a well appointed kitchen and a lovely wood heater that added a feeling of coziness on the cold winter weekend that we were there. The upstairs area had the bathroom incorporated into the bedroom itself and the oval spa bath in the window was fantastic! There were nice views into the wooded area around the cottage which created a feeling of complete privacy. We highly recommend the Studio and look forward to getting back there at some point in the not to distant future.

The most loveliest place to stay at! Eileen was super easy to communicate with and very accomodating! My dog played well with her friendly Kelpies and all amenities were high quality. It wasn’t too far from the slopes too! We loved it so much ❤️

Di & Duncan made us feel very welcome staying at Briar Cottage. Communication was great and they always responded instantly when I had a question. Jeraboam was absolutely beautiful and magical! Never really a morning person but it made me wake up early to chase the first few minutes of sunrise just see how it slowly but breathtakingly lights up each corner of the mountain right in front of you. I can’t stop thinking of how beautiful this place is! Makes it even better and sentimental that I had both mine, and my husband’s family in one place. Janet was extremely helpful and proactive with everything about the place and the event that we were hosting in there. I will probably talk to everyone about this as if it was Disneyland but in all honesty, this place will forever hold a spot in my heart. I can’t recommend it even more! It’s just absolutely gorgeous!

We had a lovely weekend getaway at Kellie and Rob's place. Everything was as described, thoughtfully appointed and communication with Kellie and Rob was very friendly, prompt and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this quaint, peaceful, well appointed cottage. We loved how the rooms were styled and the relaxed, comfortable feel of the cottage, best of all the fire was ready to be lit. We look forward to coming back again. Thanks Madeline.

We really enjoyed the peace and serenity of this property. The setting is incredible and the views superb. The wood-fired heater is very effective and the batteries/generator system works well. The kitchen is well-equipped but could do with a bit of TLC. Would recommend as a perfect getaway!

We had a great stay at Tanglewood, we were visiting family on the area. Lovely place well kitted out very peaceful and tranquil and a good size. Roslyn is lovely and a great host. We would definitely recommend and return

My partner and I were very happy here. The cottage is comfortable with lots of space. The amenities are great and everything is clean and tidy. It’s a pretty area too - great for morning coffees. Despite being in a rural location, the place is fairly accessible and easy to locate. The driveway is a little rough for small or low cars, but it’s not a major issue. Overall a great stay!

We loved our getaway to Hepburn Springs! The house was cozy, we loved the wood fire, and the amenities were clean and nice! Everything was explained well and we had no issues with anything on our stay!

Michelle & Edward were amazing. Michelle even came down early to let us in when we arrived sooner than expected. they also set up the cutest little happy birthday sign & treats for my birthday which was truly above & beyond. great recommendations for restaurants & walks were given. Michelle even came down & helped us with the fire place when we had trouble as we are definitely not fire start savvy haha. the cottage had great heating for how cold it gets & is awesome acreage with its own little forest which Edward mowed a path out for visitors to walk through! all in all we would highly recommend & visit again. just a tip for young ones like ourselves who love our Netflix bring a chromecast for the TV or DVDs for the DVD player.

We stayed at Kate’s cottage for a cosy wholesome getaway to celebrate my birthday. The space is honestly better than the photos, location is perfect, you feel completely secluded but only a short drive into town. Kate had the heater going for us before we got there and all the firewood we needed to start the wood heater that lasted our whole stay. The linen and bed were super comfy! and the added addition of the heated blanket were appreciated on our first night too. The space had everything we needed and more but the highlight was definitely the llamas and horses on the property and watching them in the afternoons. Perfect getaway for two! couldn’t recommend enough :)

Ann’s cottage is a beautifully and thoughtfully curated space. The photos simply just don’t do it justice! The kitchen is more than equipped to cook, the decor and style of the cottage is cosy, beautiful and feels like stepping back in time. The perfect location to disconnect, relax and unwind. Only 20 minutes from Wangaratta so easily accessible supermarkets and great cafes. We absolutely loved our stay and the bath with a mini fireplace is a lovely touch. We will definitely be back. The cottage was absolutely gorgeous & spotless when we arrived! Very well equipped kitchen & BBQ. Communication with Michelle was very clear & check in was super easy. Location is fab - only 10 min drive from entrance to Wilson’s prom (obviously further to tidal river etc so you will be driving a lot). Few mins drive from local shop which is very handy for getting bits for meals (pizza place was closed when we went)

We had a great time. Sue took the time to show us around the paddocks and to feed the animals. We could then roam the paddocks at our leisure. The accommodation was just as described and had everything we needed for a peaceful weekend away.

This was our second time at this lovely little cabin in heathcote. We will be back to sit by the fire and relax. Thank you Kate.

such a beautiful stay with an outdoor bath, firepit out the back with tables and chairs to relax and an extremely comfortable bed. located only a few km from cathedral ranges national Park and lake mountain, its an ideal spot to spend the night after a day's hike. Or perfect to just spend the day lazing around the house, with the fireplace out the back and izzy the black lab to keep you company. absolutely loved it
