Holiday rentals with a patio in Victoria

Siamo stati ospiti in questa splendida penthouse per una settimana e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti. L'ambiente pulito ed ordinato rispecchiava perfettamente la descrizione e le foto. La posizione in zona tranquilla ma poco distante dal centro (12 Min circa a piedi) è veramente deliziosa. Piscina e terrazzo rappresentano un vero plus in questa splendida struttura e la posizione in collina consente di godere di un bellissimo panorama. Comunicazioni ed indicazioni da parte dell'Host chiare, cordiali e reattive ci hanno aiutato ad essere sempre a nostro agio. Un'esperienza fantastica! Grazie di tutto! Speriamo di poter essere vostri ospiti ancora una volta!

Von der Buchung bis zur Ankunft im Appartement und dann auch während unseres Aufenthalts stand uns Stephanie immer zur Seite: mit Antworten auf Fragen, Tipps zu Restaurants oder Sehenswürdigkeiten und hinsichtlich Wanderungen und Ausflügen war sie nie im eine Antwort verlegen!!! Herausragend war dieses Engagement - tatsächlich hatten wir das trotz bereits vieler AirBnB Aufenthalte noch nie erlebt. Danke liebe Stephanie für deine Gastfreundschaft und dafür, dass du uns dein Zuhause zur Verfügung gestellt hast. Zum Appartement ist zu sagen, dass es genial großzügig ist. Der Blick über die Dachterrasse und die Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen. Im Dorf gibt es genügend Restaurants, zwei Läden, die brot und was man sonst so benötigt, anbieten. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in 3 Minuten erreichbar und bringt dich überall hin. Wer wandern möchte, der kann einfach loslaufen - es gibt genügend Strecken ab der Haustür. Kurz: alles perfekt, keine Kritik!!!

We had the best time staying here during our first-ever visit to Malta! The local area is so vibrant and buzzing and Valletta is only a 20-minute walk or so down the road! The apartment itself (balcony and outdoor terrace downstaires included) are STUNNING and the decor is some of the best we've seen in an AirBnB! Thomas' recommendations were spot on and he was kind enough to give us a late check-out as we had a very late fly the day we were leaving. Honestly 10/10, would love to come back and stay here again! Thank you!

This accommodation was great, light and airy as described. The view was also great and we felt right at home. The bars and restaurants are just down the hill. The food was great and we enjoyed the karaoke evening at Zeppis pub. If you are using public transport the bus stop is about 2 minutes walk away. Perfect spot.

Staying at this penthouse in Malta was such a treat! The space was even more beautiful than the photos — bright, spacious, and with incredible views. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was fantastic for exploring the island, and the host was responsive and thoughtful throughout. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Malta!

This is a fabulous place to stay in Malta. The apartment is in a peaceful and beautiful area, Cospicua/Bormla, rich in history and character. Part of the Three Cities, the apartment is only a few minutes away from Valletta by ferry, with stunning harbour views along the way! Beautifully restored, the apartment is even better than the pictures, with high ceilings, plenty of light, and a grand yet homely feel. It is spotlessly clean, with great A/C and plenty of nice features to make for a comfortable stay. We immediately felt at home. Peter is a great host: generous, friendly and polite. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about Malta and shared excellent local recommendations that truly made our stay special. Thank you so much, Peter!

Mieszkanie bardzo wygodne, ładnie urządzone z dobrym dostępem do internetu i sprawnie działającą klimatyzacją. Jest płatna, ale bardzo wydajna. Około 1€ dziennie. Mieszkanie wygląda dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach. Gospodarz zostawił w lodówce schłodzoną wodę mineralną i paczkę lodu co było bardzo miłe. Okolica jest cicha, a do plaży i centrum jest dosłownie 5 minut na piechotę. Jedyne czego brakuje, to może małego stolika i krzeseł na balkonie. Poza tym wszystko było doskonale

Wij hebben een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad in het huis van Augustin. Het moment dat we binnenliepen voelden we ons thuis. Het huis is smaakvol ingericht. Heel persoonlijk met veel aandacht, maar niet overdreven. De keuken was goed uitgerust, de badkamers netjes en de bedden waren allemaal opgemaakt. De kamerindeling kwam voor ons ook perfect uit (vier kinderen waarvan een baby). De kinderen (en wij overigens ook) hebben zich heel goed vermaakt in het zwembad en samen genoten we van een borrel op het dakterras. Wij hebben het heel erg goed gehad hier! Ik zou het zeker aan iedereen aanraden. En dank Augustin voor het fijne contact.

The villa was perfect for our family of 10 adults, 3 children, and 1 baby. My 6 year old granddaughter described the outdoor pool as magical. The heated indoor pool was an added bonus and perfect for the younger children. The villa lived up to our expectations, and our host Natasha was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or requests. The villa was within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. Parking was available outside the property, and taxis if needed were available. Buses were also easy to use if you wanted to explore other areas on the island.

Lovely place to stay and the pool was a great addition to our stay. Throughly enjoyed our time here and is a lovely place to stay. Within walking distance of some really nice restaurants and not a far walk into Valletta at all.

We loved our stay! The villa is beautiful and the island is very peaceful. We especially enjoyed the pool and the barbecue! We thought it may be useful to note that the air con system in the villa needs coins to run, so it was useful having cash. It’s a pretty walk to the beach, a short walk away from a square of restaurants/bars and the Church, and a short Uber ride to the ferry port. Superb location for exploring the island, very easy to get around and plenty of local options for food. The house was perfect, with literally everything you need to feel at home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the jacuzzi was a great way to wind down

Barbara and Davide’s place was perfect for exploring Malta! The house is lovely with everything you might need, gorgeous views from the rooftop terrace and their communication is 10/10. It was really easy to get into the home, and it was easy to find. The ferry point right outside made it perfect for exploring Valletta and there were some really amazing restaurants practically on the doorstep. I would 100% recommend!

The house is located in a beautiful, quiet area. It is very clean and modern, equipped with all the necessities. We were a group of 10 persons and found everything we needed for our stay. Daniel was an excellent host and assisted us with any queries we had. The outside area is fantastic, featuring a beautiful pool and a very spacious setting. We highly recommend this house for an unforgettable stay in Gozo.

I stayed 7 weeks and loved the location for exploring Malta. It’s right on major bus routes - 20 minutes to Valletta; 25 Mdina and 50 mins St Paul’s Bay. An hour to the Gozo ferry. Hamrun is a feisty Maltese neighbourhood we loved the local shops, their friendliness, the amazing street party when they won the National Football and well everything. You cannot be so close to the tourism hotspots yet immerse with locals as you can in Hamrun. Our hosts response time rated 20 minutes I found it was under 2 minutes and enormously helpful. Everything as promised and more - I spent half my time with friends on the large upstairs terrace with views to Valletta and the Mediterranean. Great for fireworks which seem unending in Malta for Patron Saint feast days. Was trip of a lifetime I thank Francesca and Fredrick so much - they genuinely cared about my comfort and enjoyment. The apartment is renovated airy and spacious. It’s tasteful and clever. Lots of things supplied. Brilliant - TY F&F!

We absolutely loved this apartment and plan to return. The Fort Chambray location is quiet and peaceful and the stunning view from the apartment encompasses the pool complex and beyond that to Comino and the coast of Malta. The apartment itself is spacious , comfortable and well equipped . Fort Chambray is close to the ferry terminal and bus station so transport around the island is easy , especially as there is a bus stop close to the apartment complex. There are many good restaurants and bars in the locality . This is a great place for a relaxing holiday . Denise was an excellent host, communicating clearly and ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay . She provided a welcome pack which was extensive and much appreciated. Totally recommend .

Wir haben uns bei Edward sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl das Haus im Zentrum von Sliema liegt ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Man kann zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus von hier aus unkompliziert die Insel erkunden, ist in 10 Minuten am Felsenstrand oder in der modernen Einkaufsmall. Der kühle Innenhof macht die Wohnung zu etwas besonderem, ein sehr angenehmer Platz um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen oder gemeinsam zu essen und zu entspannen. Der Gastgeber war stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely, spacious apartment that was exactly as described and looked just like the photos. Really well located too, with a supermarket immediately next door and lots of shops, bars and restaurants within a short walk. If you’re up for a longer walk you can even get to Sliema within 15 minutes. Really easy to jump a taxi to Valletta and anywhere else on the island too, or there’s a bus stop right outside the supermarket. Jane was a super host, letting us check-in early and responding within seconds to rescue us when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the building!

We loves the setting of the apartment and the balcony was the biggest plus overlooking the sea views. We enjoyed waking sitting having tea and coffee to start the day. The bed was comfortable and all the amenities we needed were available in the apartment. The air con in the bedroom was a god send. Such a great find in a great location.

We had a lovely stay here, the penthouse is fab! The roof terrance is a really good touch, a lovely pool / bbq and amazing views. As hosts both Daniel and Svetlana were super responsive and helpful. Always on hand to help out. Would recommend if you like your own space and enjoy a sea view. It’s a lovely walk into town where there are nice restaurants and ice creams and in the other direction there are several great swimming spots with two beach bars seeing food and drink. Would highly recommended :)

Je recommande fortement cette location L’appartement est absolument impeccable et on s’y sent vite comme chez soi, Tout est pensé il ne manque absolument rien. La petite épicerie juste en bas est un beau plus. L’hôte a été très aidant pour nous informer des ferry. Nous sommes restés 3 jours et nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps Merci beaucoup
