Our guests enjoy privacy of our bunkhouse. Living rm/shower/toilet and lav are downstairs. One twin bed/ futon in 'standing room' loft. Queen bed in private bedroom. WIFY and Roku/Hulu. Breakfast fixings: coffee, tea, cereal bars, instant oatmeal, waffle/muffin mix. Microwave, toaster oven, ele. hot plate for cooking. Dorm size refrig/freezer. Several great local restaurants. 4 museums. Pet friendly! $10 for each additional adult, after 2. Approx 6 miles from Cuero and 25 from Victoria.

This home is on a working horse ranch. Grace Ranch is the place to go to for a relaxing, peaceful getaway. A visit to this little piece of paradise will give you the opportunity to unwind from the busy-ness of life while having the barn and horses right across the pasture. Sleeping includes a king bed, two queens, two twins, a futon, floor mattress, and a single couch (not a pull-out). We look forward to your visit!
