Marijana is a warm and likeable host. The place was very clean, the location simply fantastic! From the beautiful balcony direct sea view, on foot the sea can be reached in 3 minutes. Very quiet location!

The hostess is a very nice, likeable woman. She responded very quickly to our concerns. The house is super nice, very spacious and decorated with a lot of love. In addition, we can highly recommend her restaurant, which was by far the best in the area for us. Excellent, we are grateful that we chose this house.

The apartment is basic but complete, we had a good time with two adults and 3 children (one 1 year old). The only thing missing is mosquito nets, otherwise it's perfect. The beach near the house makes up for the bites...

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

Check-in was smooth and welcoming. At check-in, Zeljka who was very friendly, explained everything about the house in detail, and given tons of helpful tips about the Plitvice Lakes National Park, nearby supermarkets, and more. The location is great—just about 10 minutes from Entrance 1 of Plitvice Lakes. The house itself felt spacious (especially with the huge bedroom), clean, and very comfortable for two people. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. But the real gem is the garden—absolutely stunning! There’s a large swing nestled between two big trees that we loved, and the wood-burning hot tub was such a relaxing treat after a day of hiking. One thing to be aware of: the house is not a fully freestanding unit. It’s part of a building that essentially consists of two adjoining houses. Since the structure is largely made of wood (which gives it a lovely, cozy feel), sound does travel quite a bit, and you may hear your neighbors during your stay.

A great apartment with a beautiful view of the sea, which you can reach in 1 minute on foot. It's also great that you can rent a stand-up paddle. Communication was friendly and warm. It was a pity that we only learned on the day of departure that we had to pay a surcharge for the dogs. When we booked, there was no information about it.

Great house and an amazing host would stay again

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. We immediately felt at home and definitely want to come back. Our highlights were the pool with the pool toy, the jacuzzi overlooking the mountains, the dining table and the hanging chair outside.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Our stay in this idyllic location was absolutely wonderful. The villa was pristine and the breathtaking views really made this trip unforgettable. On top of everything else Danijela was a lovely, welcoming and responsive host. We really appreciated all her efforts to make our stay as easy as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone. It was a great place to stay for a week! You definitely need a car to get to coves, markets, etc. Very cool that each room has its own bathroom. The barbecue and pool on the terrace are also real highlights. Only the noise from the street is a bit disruptive.

Valentina's villa is great! Totally as described, very well maintained and clean, it is completely finished allowing our dog to roam freely. All the amenities are available and Valentina is a Superhost who is always there for you, she responds literally within minutes if you have a question. Just great!

We had a wonderful stay at Jereni barn in Krk! Ozana and her team were super helpful, we had a late check-in and they made everything easy. We are a family of four travelling with two toddlers and the house was perfect for us! It’s also close to beautiful beaches. Thanks for a great stay!

Ana Anita proved to be a great host! The house is beautiful, in a beautiful quiet place. We were with two kids, we just came when there was snow and the kids enjoyed it and we didn't have to worry about their safety in the neighborhood! The second day when he was attacking fresh snow, the same day the road to the road was cleared and we didn't have any problems. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures and we had everything we needed there. Ana Anita was always immediately available and accessible for everything. We definitely recommend a place to stay and plan to come back in the spring or summer. 🙂 And thanks for the little things that greeted us. 🙂

Completely self-sufficient and totally secluded. The location is unique, you only hear and see: occasionally cyclists, and in the morning and evening the sheep are driven past. Many butterflies, birds, lizards and snakes. The accommodation is totally charmingly furnished. We had everything we needed! Our dog had paradise there. Beautiful view of the sea.

We arrived in the morning and were able to check in right away, the location was amazing. Everything in very good condition and equipped very well - from knives to dishwasher tabs to bandaids, we didn’t miss a thing. We especially enjoyed our terrace with the olive tree in the center and the ocean not farther than 5 meters away. Morning swims, breakfast with ocean view, sunbathing, mali and veli can be reached by foot,… we really enjoyed our stay and wanted to thank mario again for the amazing service 🙌🏼

The house was simply mega class, you enjoy the tranquility and the sea is less than 100 meters away. We felt very comfortable in the house and the decor was great and we had the beach and the sea all to ourselves. Definitely a recommendation if you want a nice quiet holiday but also want to be in the city (Novalja 5 minutes away). Last but not least, Berislav and his father were totally sweet and you can just notice the attention to detail in the house and also the property. We would rent this accommodation again at any time!!!!
