Quiet studio very close to ocean, lake and forest

Cozy studio adjoining a wooden frame house in a very quiet subdivision on the edge of the forest. The relaxing atmosphere of the forest, the birds and sometimes even the sound away from the waves will lull you away for a vacation full of positive energy and rest. Lac de Léon 5 min by bike or the ocean with La Lette beach 5 min by car and St Girons beach 30 min by bike will allow you to enjoy the water. The nearby bike path should also seduce athletes.

The ocean next to the apartment

The 33m2 home is central in a small family-friendly seaside resort. The ocean visible from the terrace is 100 meters away. All amenities and leisure at the foot of the apartment. Restaurants, surf schools, supervised beach, shops, bike paths. You don't have to use your vehicle. The place is great for 4-5 people with its mezzanine and separate bedrooms and sofa bed. It is located at the first of a residence that has its feet in the sand!

Lake / Beach 6 km away, free shuttle in summer. Numerous bike paths. Sheets, bath towels are provided for one week stays (for less they can be provided for €20 per room). Household products are provided. There is no cleaning fee, the house must be left clean.

Excellent fortnight spent in this area and in this villa, Fabienne is very responsive and very attentive to our needs. It's super quiet and it's exactly what we were looking for, a few villas around but really a relaxing place, the equipment of the house is really great, you'll find everything, and in quantity, nickel cleanliness, very comfortable bedding. A place, a villa, a great host... we really recommend it!!

Very good stay of 5 weeks. Quiet house in a residential subdivision. Very nice view of the forest. Walking path from the house. 10 minute drive from the beach. Clean house, lack of some kitchen equipment but we had a very nice stay!

François's house is a perfect place to bring family or friends together without bothering each other: large wooden chalet built on stilts, very large living room, piano, guitars, board games, books, very functional kitchen and with all the necessary equipment to cook when you are in large numbers (2 sinks, 2 dishwasher, 3 ovens ...), three spacious bedrooms each with its own bathroom, upstairs dormitory (children's paradise), possibility to eat outside, sheltered even if it rains, a limpid water stream at the end of the vast wooded terrain. In short, everyone found this place particularly nice and we couldn't come back from such comfort. The decor is beautiful, framing, walls, stairs, hardwood floors, everything is in the Landes pine. It's like a dream. Everyone agrees that we'll need to come back. We went out of summer season so no problems getting around, by car or by bike.

A wonderful stay under the pines to the song of cicadas with the sound of the ocean in the background. The house is beautiful and very functional, ideally equipped for 3 couples and 2 children. There are 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms, a huge living room that opens onto the outdoor terrace that runs all around the house… Sylviane and Wiliam are very welcoming and are committed to offering an impeccable house without forgetting the small welcoming gesture. The beach is nearby, 10 min by car and free parking, with surf rental and small restaurants. The lively village of Léon and its lake are 15 minutes away by car with free parking for water activities! In short, a lovely place!

Very good welcome from our host Stéphanie as well as the other exchanges of the people of the agency that manages the accommodation. Accommodation in line with the description and our expectations. Very nice place to enjoy the outdoors and the ocean in less than five minutes. Several beaches nearby is a real plus. I recommend this accommodation for your long weekends or your next vacation.
