Olivia was very welcoming. The accommodation is very functional and properly equipped. A little extra if we could find soap and hair dryer. The exterior can be nice with a little more maintenance. We will be happy to come back.

This is a wonderful spot on the ocean with stunning views! It’s an easy walk to beaches and downtown and a fantastic place to start exploring Biarritz by bike or on foot. We had a great time, apartment is spacious, awesome kitchen, bed and balcony !

We had a great time at Jerome's place. The accommodation was impeccable, very well located in relation to the lake and all its walks. It has a parking space, which is an undeniable plus in Hossegor. The city is within a 10-minute walk. We recommend it unreservedly.

Great stay at Stephane's place. Stephane is a responsive and pleasant host, at the right distance . The accommodation has a major advantage in its location: both close to shops (without being in the noise of the city) and very close to the beach . Everything is possible on foot. Sunset every night 🙂 from the beach or apartment. The garage is very convenient and accessible to park bikes and store boards or beach stuff. Very pretty interior decor, large rooms with a view , and super equipped kitchen is very nice! We would recommend it without hesitation .

The accommodation, tastefully decorated, is very well equipped and the air conditioning is a real plus, nothing is missing. Quiet environment near a beautiful beach and shops, everything can be done on foot. Jéremy is very responsive and accommodating. Fluid and enjoyable communication. We had a wonderful stay at Léa's place. Our arrival was easy and smooth thanks to the instructions given by Léa as well as thanks to the availability of Nathalie who told us where the parking was (at the bottom of the apartment, what more could you ask for?). Upon arrival, the apartment was very clean and had all the basic necessities: toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, sheets and towels. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for stays: oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils, dishes… nothing was missing! The location is ideal, everything is within walking distance: the beach, the lake, the shops, a bike rental store... The quality/price ratio of the accommodation is really great, you can't find better. We are more than delighted with the accommodation and Léa's availability. We look forward to the opening of reservations for 2026!

Lovely, well appointed apartment in what has to be the best location in all of Guethary. As sea-front as you can get, with a balcony perfect for morning coffee overlooking Parlementia beach and the surf scene. Very walkable with both the beach, town and train right there. We look forward to returning!

Duncan's place is so beautiful and peaceful. The balcony was great for breakfast and for some chilling after a day of beach. Duncan was very helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations for what to do in the area. And the area is also great. Duncan's place is very close to both the beach, shops and restaurants. The studio offered in Laurence's home, accessible by the garden, is pleasant and offers all the necessary autonomy. The setting is really beautiful and Laurence is very welcoming. We had a lovely time. The spa and swimming pool are also a plus to relax after long days of walks in the beautiful landscapes of the Landes and the Basque Country. My mother and I were delighted and we spread out with fond memories.

we spent 10 incredible days... relaxing quiet rest... beautiful walks for the dog and great location for fishing enthusiasts...... Charlotte is a fantastic host – warm, attentive, and always available. The apartment is beautiful, lovingly furnished, and the terrace is perfect for relaxing.
