This place is a hidden gem! As others have mentioned the 200 steps are a challenge(especially with a toddler) but the private balcony and little cove is just beautiful. The host was so responsive for our whole stay. We had an issue with the water tank making noise and when I communicated this, it was replaced the next day and adjustments made to make sure the water pressure and temperature were to our liking. Mario even brought us local cakes to try as a bonus.

This is a beautiful location, peaceful and tranquil. The facilities outside are fantastic. The beds were comfortable and although there is no AC there were fans. We would have liked a parasol available round the pool area but there are ample places to be fine to relax in the shade.

This charming villa was absolutely perfect for our family of three. It was so clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The gardens and citrus trees were so beautiful and made for a peaceful place to have morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evenings. The views were stunning both day and night. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming and super responsive. The location was absolutely perfect. It made for the perfect spot to enjoy Sorrento and everything was in walking distance. So many great cafes and restaurants within a short 5 minute walk. This place was truly a gem and it just felt very special and inviting.

Marco's place is comfortable and well considered. All our needs were met. The location is accessed by a local bus hourly and very close to Vietri sul mar and Salerno. train to bus connection in Salerno is inconvenient and confusing. driving would be scary though so Im glad we chose the train. research the route carefully and its fine. You will need to get supplies in salerno as the little shops have only the basics. Marco provided essentials for first morning which was lovely. we took the local bus right to the port in salerno for a day trip on the sea- highlight of the trip, so far!

After a busy week at other locations this was the perfect place to end our vacation. When we arrived I told my husband this was the Italy I had been dreaming of. A peaceful, beautiful, small villa. We spent time in the small village, enjoying wonderful food and lots of time just relaxing by the pool. We went in a boat tour to Amalfi and Positano which we enjoyed but I couldn’t wait to get back to our villa and just enjoy the beauty and peace. The only negative was the neighbor’s barking dogs at night.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location was perfect — just a short walk to an adorable local market where we picked up fresh ingredients and snacks each day. We were also within easy walking distance to a beautiful beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sun and sea without having to plan a full day trip. The bus stop was very close by, and it was just a few quick stops to reach downtown Sorrento. The property had a lovely farm-like feel, with peaceful surroundings and a charming, rustic atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly helpful and kind, always available to answer questions and offer suggestions. It was the perfect mix of nature, convenience, and warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

Just a perfect stay in Positano! Villa Cocles is stunning! We were greeted by Marina and shown around the property at check in. She also had a nice welcome drink and snack for us. Everything was spotless. Her kitchen is well equipped (much more than any airbnb we have stayed in) and we easily made two lovely dinners for our family of 5. We enjoyed the terrace so much that we wanted to just stay instead of going out to eat! Can’t say enough good things about it! Would absolutely go back!

From the moment we arrived Luigi and his family were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. On our first evening we were given 2 enormous freshly baked pizzas. Most welcome after a long day travelling here. As a party of five adults we stayed for two weeks and glad we did. The views from the Terrace were amazing, with spectacular sunsets. From the large deck and pool areas you can quietly relax and enjoy views of the sea or mountains. At meal times the fabulous gas Webber BBQ was greatly appreciated. Inside the rooms, there were some charming, decorative features which added to the ambience of the property. A large open kitchen/lounge area provides a lovely social space. From the property was a fabulous walk with amazing views over the Bay of Naples and Versuvius. The small village nearby is very friendly but as mentioned in other reviews a small car is essential which our hosts also helped us to arranged.

Absolutely a wonderful week in a beautiful villa! Giuseppe and Chiara are friendly, responsive hosts. Great location. Literally minutes to everything! Would recommend to anyone visiting Positano.

Exceptional hosts Laura and Luca were - responsive, helpful & provided insider tips on restaurants, beaches & local activities. Homemade dinner on the patio was a highlight with Luca and his wife🌟. Ok this place was just incredible! The location was simply perfect, away from all the hustle and bustle of the big city and tucked away in a very unique and cute seaside marina town on the Mediterranean, yet close enough to all major famous spots. The breathtaking views and the feel were much nicer than what you would get from the surrounding famous spots like Capri or Positano. The house is the best property I have ever been to on vacation. This house is put together with taste and with lots of love. Every corner is thoughtfully designed and decorated. It was spacious and comfortable (family of 6) and would easily fit 8. The hosts Simona and Gianluigi were just the icing on the cake for this property. They are genuine and cheerful hosts who do not shy away from lending hand. They made us feel like we were staying at some of our relative's house. Be sure to book a private in-house dining experience at the house with a private chef. You will thank me later for this!

If you are thinking about booking this place - DO IT! I do not have the words to do justice to this accommodation. Davide (the on site host) was very communicative leading up to our visit with clear instructions and a warm introduction. He met us outside and gave us a tour of our residence with helpful hints while also answering any questions we had. He was so welcoming and wonderful! The views from multiple balconies are absolutely breathtaking, the decor is so special and unique, and the place was SPOTLESS. There are many steps throughout Positano, so steps are to be expected, but this location was perfect for us. The bus stop, local grocery store, and a cafe are a 1 minute walk. Throughout the entirety of our stay, we were remarking on how lucky we were to secure this place. I cannot imagine a better place in all of the absolutely beautiful town of Positano.

We absolutely loved the villa. Bruna was amazing and always available. She Arranged meals and transportation and provided all kinds of information about the island. We loved everything about the property and our stay!! Highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

Stayed here for x4 nights. Their were x4 adults - and we loved exploring around the area and getting the step count (and steps!) up to justify the delicious food and drinks. Loved the location - fantastic views. Praiano is a great place to get away from the crowds - but you can easily get bus/water taxi/taxi's to go and visit the more popular tourist destinations. Accommodation was clean and spacious. Alessandro was really helpful with suggestions of places to eat nearby, and helped us organise a fantastic boat trip around the Amalfi coast.

Such beautiful views!! The outdoor space set this place apart with breathtaking water views in a private and quiet location, yet still walkable to restaurants & shops. Our host was able to greet us upon ferry boat arrival and helped arranged taxis to the Airbnb where she handed over the keys / gave us a brief tour of the place. She was very helpful and sent a list of recommended restaurants, shops and sites. The Airbnb itself was suited fine for our group of 6, but we didn’t spend much time inside since the island has so much to offer. It’s about a 15min walk to the Funicular so it’s really convenient to get to/from Marina Grande. Really a great stay in a scenic, central location just off the tourist path!

There are a lot of villas to search through in Sorrento, but really you should stop your search here. This location was absolutely perfect: views of the ocean, Mt Vesuvius, and the sunset; extremely helpful and kind hosts; beautiful gardens; and amenities to make you feel completely relaxed. Carlo and Emanuela have put so much time and care into making Villa Carolina an absolute pleasure to stay at. Recommend for anyone heading to Sorrento that wants to experience an Italian villa!

We were 7 adults and 3 children spending a week at Claudio’s house. The house is very well suited for a group of this size and could even accommodate a few more persons. The house is in the mountains with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea on one side and Mount Vesuvio on the other side. Driving there involves negotiating some narrow roads with steep climbs, but it is worth it. After coming down from the mountain, getting to the Amalfi coast is easy, as is getting to Pompei and Napoli. The house itself is amazing; built into the rocks and with a fabulous design. It is more beautiful than appears from the pictures on the web site. After touring the Amalfi coast during the day, we spent late afternoons enjoying the pool and we had all our meals at the terrace outside the dining room/kitchen. We had a great week, in no small part thanks to this amazing place. Claudio and his wife, were very friendly and helpful. Before and during our stay, they responded quickly to all questions.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Personen in der Villa. Insgesamt kann man aber auch einfach mit 14 Personen gut übernachten. Der Host war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns auch während des Aufenthalts mit Tipps unterstützt. Die Villa und insbesondere der Pool sind toll und der Blick aufs Meer traumhaft. Es handelt sich um ein älteres Gebäude. Dementsprechend sind die Einrichtungen schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch ist das Gebäude insgesamt etwas feucht und hat an der ein oder anderen Stelle (zumindest Stand Ende 2024) leichte Schimmelspuren. Ansonsten ist aber alles notwendige vorhanden und insbesondere der Poolbereich ist in einwandfreiem Zustand! Die Villa ist super gelegen und auch die unmittelbaren Stadt ist reichhaltig an tollen gastronomischen Angeboten. Am Eingang der Amalfiküste gelegen ist es der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für eine Tour entlang der Küste. Auto oder anderes Fahrzeug zwingend notwendig!

très beau logement typique italien avec cuisine équipée,SDB privative, terrasse, piscine, parking gratuit et fermé devant le logement. Antonnio nous à acceulli en parlant assez bien le français. Il donne de bons conseils sur les visites aux alentours. la pizzeria à 2 minutes à pied est excellente. très bonne adresse

Spectacular views that are even better than the photos. The apartment is not large but is functional. The star is the terrace, which is huge and has jaw dropping views of Positano and the coast. After a long day of some of the greatest hiking I’ve ever experienced my wife and I would relax in the hot tub with an Aperol spritz while staring out to sea. Simply incredible. The two nearby restaurants were excellent. The next closest was a 25 minute walk towards monterpertuso and was also good. As others noted, you need to be mobile to stay in Nocelle. We love to hike and we loved it here. The Path of the Gods was amazing until it got crowded but then we went and did other higher trails that were also amazing. Nocelle is much much quieter than Positano and was perfect for us but you need to want that. An inexpensive bus takes you down to Positano, as will 1700 steps. We took the bus down and walked the steps up. I wouldn’t do that again A great place in a wondrous location

We absolutely loved Carmen's SoFi House! The town is quaint & beautiful & has everything you need within walking distance; including the train & bus stations!! So conveniently close! We adored the smaller town feel (not super touristy!), & how welcomed we were by even the shop owners & 24hr cafe around the corner!! Also how close it was to do tours & explore the bigger cities nearby - we did Naples & Sorrento!-next time for sure will add Capri!... Once we figured out the train (to go one of the directions, you need the next closest station in Scafati central, not the one outside the doorstep!), it was the most convenient & tucked away private place! The pool is suuuuuuper clean & gorgeous too!! So, yes, we'd stay here again & again!! Recommend this place, 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Valerio’s huis was gezellig en het uitzicht fenomenaal! Je kunt vanuit het huis helemaal naar zee wandelen - heen naar beneden, terug naar boven, dus wel een klim. Er zijn ook allerlei andere wandelingen, echt zo leuk! Het dorpje is geweldig; kleine supermarkt, slager en fantastisch koffie-ijs-broodjes zaakje. Probeer nioccola, onze nieuwe fav smaak!! Enige minpunt: het was echt koud in de avond en voor de verwarming moest je betalen, geen ramp, maar wel jammer. Verder fantastisch!

Highly recommended place to stay, if you’re looking for something peaceful and out of the town, this place match up with the best location ever, really great house, clean and we couldn’t find another view of the cost than the place has it. We were welcomed by Luigi, who’s had done a great job and made us feel like home. If you will host here, try to rent a car, it’s highly recommended. Thank you for your hospitality.
