The centre can be reached on foot by walking along the lakeshore or the park, or by a few bus stops (which directly connects the flat with the station and the city centre). The flat has just been refurbished, has all the comforts, furnished with care and with artwork that makes it unique. The terrace has a spectacular view of the lake. About the place: clean, calm, nice view, great location, well-equipped for daily life, suitable for long stays, extra keychain, flexible laundry room access, Wi-Fi, carpet, a good amount of detergents, spacious chest of drawers and wardrobe. The only negative point was the lack of a toaster, which was negligible due to the uncountable benefits. About Olga: She was so kind, hospitable, responsible, organized, and easy to access (deserved to be a super host) To sum up, it was a completely convenient stay, and I recommend it.

Francesca was an excellent host during my stay in Lugano. She was very responsive and replied to any questions I had within a few minutes. The location of the Airbnb is perfect and you can reach central Lugano in just a few minutes walk. I would highly recommend Francesca’s apartment for anyone that is visiting Lugano.

The room is of course just a room like any other. BUT Marco is an incredibly good host. Very nice, very open. You always have a very good feeling when you talk to Marco. He puts a lot of effort into the room and helps where he can.
