Named Villa Sereni after the Italian poet that was born in nearby Luino, it is a large, modern, contemporary, 3 bedroom property set in a rural hamlet. This semi detached holiday home sleeps 6-8 and is set over 3 floors. A couple of peacocks live in the nearby trees and are often spotted on the terrace!

The house has been in our family for generations. The small apartment was expanded in the 70s and continuously renovated. The large garden is part of it and offers plenty of space for all kinds of things. It is nestled between Lake Maggiore and Monte Lema, on the edge of the village. The house is a good starting point for hikes in the green, untouched valley or for biking. By car, it's 10 minutes to the lake.
