Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

It is 10 minutes by car to Setesdalsbanen and great hiking opportunities in the surrounding area. Walking distance to the salmon-bearing part of the river Otra.

Hytten ligger i fredfullt område nær Hemningsvannet. Fint bade og fiskevann 3 min å gå ned til vannet. En liten sandstrand, benker og grillplass. Flotte turområder med merkede stier. Nærmeste matbutikk er ca 1 km fra hytten (åpent til 23:00 mand-lørd).

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has an undisturbed small south-facing terrace. If you want an adrenaline rush, it is about 40 min drive to rafting and climbing park on Evje, 25 minutes to bungee jumping in the gorge at Øvrebø, 25 min to the southern idyll at Fiskebrygga in Kr. Sand.

This elegant residence is perfect for those who are going on holiday to Sørlandet this summer. The apartment is 2 years old, and has most of the facilities you need. About 20 min drive to Kristiansand, and about 30 min to the Zoo. Beautiful hiking areas right behind the apartment. Bed linens and towels included in price. Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.
