Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

The apartment is in the best place in Roskilde. Close to the street with shops, close to parks with green areas and a walk to the harbour, where you can swim. The apartment is lovely, neat and clean, located on the 1st floor with a French balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard. The apartment contains a hallway, kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven. A bedroom with a double bed. Living room with dining area, TV and a sofa bed for 2 people. The last room is locked off, may not be used.

Annex near center of Roskilde

Annex with kitchenette, double bed (140 cm width) and bathroom with shower. Own entrance. Totally 22 m2. 1500 m to train station. 800 m to the marina with the Viking Ship Museum. 650 m to the Cathedral and Center. The warm heather that produceses the warm water in the annex is also producing warm water for the tap in the kitchenette. Therefore we suggest not to tap warm water for 10 minutes before having a shower as in this way you will have warm water for shower for about 10-12 minutes.

A very centrally located apartment in Roskilde. Perfect if you want to be close to the Viking Ship Museum, the pedestrian street and overlooking the Cathedral. Close to shopping and city life. Close to nature with two of the city's larger parks on each side and close to the harbor, which can lead to a nice walk along the fjord out to the Sankt Hans area. The apartment is occupied by a private person most of the year, so the kitchen contains everything to be able to cook for yourself.

My apt. has a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm ( 55" x 79") bed and closet space for your clothes, a fully equipped kitchen with all the basics, living room with a 140 x 200 cm sleeper sofa, desk, dining table, TV and wifi. The bathroom includes a shower, washing machine, all basic toiletries and towels. The apt. is light and airy with high ceilings. Not suitable for small children

Danish island summerhouse – fjord view

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. And then Oroe is only 1,5 hours drive from Copenhagen. If this house is booked, feel free to see our other house on Orø.
