It is very close to the main street, where there are supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, banks, shops and a pharmacy. It is located about 15 minutes' walk from the beaches. It can be rented together with the “white house” and the “yellow house”. It has a nice patio, common to the other two houses.

It is situated in a quiet location, close to the Shopping Center, where you can find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, a children's garden and a variety of shops. The beach is a 10/15-minute walk.
