It is an amazing place to chill and enjoy the nature. Joana is a great host and the breakfast is top quality!

Highly recommend this place! It was exactly what we needed for a friends’ trip; everyone had their own bedroom with a bathroom, kitchenette and balcony! The location is amazing — rural, quiet, beautiful — but only 40 mins away from some of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal. The hosts were so friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. I’d book again in a heartbeat!

Die Bilder werden der Unterkunft gar nicht gerecht. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich traumhaft schön und ich kann jedem ans Herz legen dieses Airbnb zu buchen. Die Aussicht ist der Wahnsinn und das ganze Gelände wunderschön mit vielen kleinen schönen Details, man fühlt sich sofort wohl und zu Hause in dieser Unterkunft. Gerade zum abschalten und Kopf freikriegen ist es dort super. Die Kommunikation mit Elli selber war super unkompliziert und wir haben selten so liebe Gastgeber erlebt die uns so viel unterstützt haben und uns so viele Tipps gegeben haben. Uns wird es aufjedenfall nochmal dorthin ziehen! Vielen Dank Elli & Manu :) 🌞

Wir haben die Zeit in Cristinas Haus mit zwei Familien sehr genossen. Es war ein Sommerurlaub, wie man sich ihn vorstellt. Das Haus hat alles was es braucht und es war sehr angenehm und ruhig. Toll wäre ein Zaun um den Pool (was nicht schön aussieht, aber praktisch wäre), da wir einen Kleinkind dabei hatten. Da mussten wir uns selber behelfen. Für andere Familien wäre das sicher auch praktisch und ein Grund mehr das tolle Haus zu mieten.

This was our first visit to the southern region of Portugal and we initially intended to stay in Portimao. At some point this listing caught my eye and I initially dismissed it, since it wasn’t the right location, but over the next few days I kept coming back to it and finally booked the property. Zero regrets! The house is well designed, fully stocked and beautifully decorated. We loved the location - it provided a tranquil escape at the end of our busy day trips. There are a couple of small markets that have all the basics within a 5 minute drive, and an Intermarché working 15 minutes. Lots of fabulous restaurants. We loved pizza at Arte Bianca and had a lovely traditional meal at III Geração, based on the host’s recommendation. There are many picturesque beaches in the vicinity, from wild and rugged, to sandy ones with all the infrastructure. I only wish we had allocated more days to this part of our Portugal visit.

We stayed as a family with our 18-month-old and had a wonderful time. The place was impeccable, very clean, cozy, and comfortable. It has two bedrooms (one larger), both with great beds and pillows. Plenty of blankets throughout the house. The bathroom is spacious and modern, and we especially loved the outdoor area with a beautiful shared pool and a BBQ, which we used. The host’s grandfather (lovely person, always available and who supplied us with fresh vegetables from the garden!) lives in one of the houses with a friendly, well-behaved dog. The kitchen was well-equipped, and I really appreciated the thoughtful basics like coffee, and a new kitchen kit with sponge, cloth, dishwasher tablets, and trash bags, a great checklist for any host. Communication was easy, check-in smooth, and they kindly provided a baby chair and crib. Highly recommend for a relaxing family stay!

If you're ever lucky enough to book this accommodation, go for it! A real gem and absolutely in the top 3 of all accommodation in Aljezur that we have known for a very, very long time. And you'll have the nicest hosts you could wish for! The house is a dream. Very spacious, lovingly furnished, with everything you could wish for. In reality even more beautiful than the photos already suggest. The coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning, after a refreshing dip in the rain shower, with a view of Aljezur, Igreja Nova and the sunrise from the enchanting terrace - priceless. The two hosts put so much love and passion into the house, you can feel it everywhere!!! I enjoyed every moment there, didn't want to leave in the end and will be back, I promised! Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay, Maria & André!!!

We stayed at the villa with a toddler in September and absolutely loved everything about it- the space, the views, the pool and how peaceful it was. A car is a must as there isn’t much in the village, but once you hire a car it’s a short drive to lots of beautiful beaches in Algarve. Local restaurant Solar Do Farelo serves delicious traditional Portuguese food. Good communication with the host. Highly recommend!

Nous avons été très bien reçu par Gordon et Michelle. Ils sont très aimables et avenants. Ils ont très bien équipé le logement pour notre bébé. Encore merci à ce charmant couple. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès notre installation. Le cadre est exceptionnel. Encore mieux que sur les photos! Le jardin et la vue sont splendides ! C'était un réel plaisir d'ouvrir notre rideau et de voir la rivière. Ce couple a fait de leur propriété un vrai petit Paradis. L'appartement est très confortable, et spacieux, les chambres très bien de decorées. Nous étions 4 alors les 2 salles de bain sont vraiment un plus. Leur sympathique chat nous rendait visite chaque jour. Notre fils en était ravi. Notre seul regret : n'avoir passé que 3 nuits.

Zuerst einmal zu Charo. Sie ist eine besorgte und sehr kommunikative Gastgeberin und sehr bemüht, dass alles nach der Zufriedenheit der Gäste läuft. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, es ist alles vorhanden und sie liegt total zentral. Carrapateira ist beschaulich und landschaftlich schön eingebettet. Falls wir noch einmal in dieser Gegend sind, werden wir sicherlich bei Charo anfragen. Wir können die Gesamtsituation auf allen Ebenen mit 5 Sternen bewerten. Lisa

Mooi appartement met alles er op en eraan: keuken met alle benodigdheden en meer, klein terras aan voorkant met ochtendzon. Groter terras achterkant met zon de rest van de dag maar wel half overdekt zodat de zon niet binnenschijnt. Zicht op zwembad en heuvels. Overal elektrische rolluiken en airco. Modern en rustige inrichting. Goede bedden. Werkelijk niks op aan te merken. Goed gedaan Carla 👌

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Lea. Natur pur und die Wohnung liebevoll und persönlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten um dort zu verweilen. Wer Hunde liebt, ist dort gut aufgehoben und die Ruhe und die Natur für lange Spaziergänge und Wanderungen ist einfach toll. Lea hat uns persönlich zum Check-in im Ort abgeholt und zum Haus geführt. Alles dort ist sehr ordentlich und auch der Garten und das restliche Haus etc, wunderschön. Der Kontakt mit Lea war superfreundlich und der Austausch mit ihr hat uns sehr bereichert. Het huis is comfortabel, prima ingericht op een groot en mooi terrein. De gastvrouw en-heer zijn uitermate vriendelijk, ze zijn aanwezig voor contact, en tegelijkertijd is er alle privacy. Ik heb een fijne tijd gehad (2 maanden). Het enige minpunt voor mijzelf was het vaak aanwezige motoren geluid van de in de buurt liggende Autodrome.

We stayed for two weeks and loved it. The location is superb with views of the ocean, close to a great beach, amazing sunset view point and a couple of good restaurants/coffee places. It’s only a short drive to more lively spots/restaurants for the evening. The apartment has everything you need, well stocked kitchen, good bedding, plenty of towels and even a sun umbrella for the beach. We would return any time!

Davina en Simon baten een prachtig domein uit in de kurkbossen van Monchique 🌳 Als je zoekt naar een plek om te ontspannen, weg van alle drukte, dan is dit het ideale verblijf. Davina en Simon leiden je met plezier rond en delen graag de evolutie van hun project temidden in de natuur. Ze waren ook zeer vriendelijk en flexibel, bedankt voor de mooie tijd!

Passámos 3 dias neste espaço e foi revigorante. Ambiente calmo, rústico e aconchegante. Anfitriões muito simpáticos e disponíveis. O alojamento fica a uns 5 minutos do centro de Porto Covo. Fomos também a Sines, Vila Nova de Milfontes. Tem imensas praias perto. A piscina do alojamento também é ótima. Todo o espaço está bastante cuidado e mantido. Ainda havia 3 gatinhos que nos fizeram matar saudades dos nossos que ficaram em casa. Achámos que por ter cavalos, a quinta fosse ter muitas moscas e insetos mas zero!! No último dia fizemos um passeio a cavalo com a Maria, que notoriamente cuida dos seus animais como família. Foi a cereja no topo do bolo. Sem dúvida que será para repetir!

Beautiful cabin in the nature, perfect for a disconnect from day to day life. Despite being isolated, you do not sacrifice comfort. The cabin is very well equipped and serviced with all the amenities you’d need. Very peaceful, very relaxing. We hope to be back again.

Excellent séjour sur la propriété de Wolf 🤗 Si vous cherchez du calme et de jolis paysages, c'est l'endroit idéal, Entre montagne, rivière, biches et nature ! Un grand merci à Wolf qui a été très accueillant, toujours disponible et souriant (malgré nos petites péripéties 🙃). Il nous a donné toutes les indications sur la maison et les alentours pour être sûr que nous passions une agréable semaine. Très compréhensif, il a accepté que nous venions avec nos 2 chiennes, pour profiter de ce havre de paix et de liberté. (et elles ont adoré le coin !). La maison en bois correspondait parfaitement à la description et est vraiment très bien équipée. Tout était parfait, superbe semaine, un grand merci de proposer ce type de vacances 😊 PS : Bien suivre les indications de Wolf pour l'arrivée pour éviter une route plus compliquée donnée par Waze 😉

Friendly & flexible hosts, it was cool to go for a horse ride. Great stop if doing a road trip down the coast. Might get pretty warm in summer cos there’s no A/C, (by the evening it was breezy & there was a fan but it warmed up in the room by mid morning). The pool was refreshing and very pleasant. A nice stop overall!
