Beach house holiday rentals in Vilano Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house just a block from the ocean! The location is unbeatable—so close to the beach, yet quiet and relaxing. The private pool was a huge hit with our group, and the home offered tons of amenities that made our trip comfortable and fun. The house was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a family getaway or a group trip. We especially appreciated the little extras that made it feel like home. That said, there were a couple of small misses that are worth noting. The flooring could have been cleaner—it left our feet quite dirty after walking barefoot, which was surprising for such a nice property. Also, we would have appreciated having enough bedding for all the beds, as we had to improvise a bit. Overall, we had a great time and would absolutely return with just a few improvements. The location, pool, and amenities definitely outweigh the minor issues!

I loved this place for a few days away to celebrate my birthday. it was steps to the beach, clean, and i felt right at home (even *almost* falling asleep on the couch). The communication was outstanding and proactive. The place had a luxurious feel that most Airbnbs don't, and the location was outstanding. I'll be back! Thanks so much!

My family and I loved the home. The downstairs was perfect for my daughter and her husband to get away from everyone if needed and have their own space. The upstairs was great for the rest of us, offering plenty of room. The outdoor shower and foot washer were wonderful after a long day at the beach. The distance to the beach was a true blessing. Walking to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants made it easy to get everything we needed. The drive to downtown St. Augustine for more dining, shopping, and sightseeing was short and convenient. Ashley was very responsive and willing to help if we needed anything. I highly recommend this home for a peaceful and fun week!

We just returned from a 3 night stay. The home was perfect for the 4 of us! The outside area on the canal was a perfect place to unwind and relax. Loved the close proximity to the beach access and to St Augustine area. Josh was a very proactive host. The area is very quiet, which we loved.

Great beach Vaca for the family. Good location right across from the beach. Pool was good. Ursula answered any questions we had. Great little book for guests with all kinds of information. Reef's and Aunt Kate's to was really good. if you have toddlers Jacksonville Zoo is a must. Approximately 12 minutes from Old City St Augustine. Gotta give a shout out to St Augustine Eco Tours fabulous give them a holler Emily was great. All in all pretty fabulous family vacation ❤️

Misti’s home was very clean and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, great decks, amazing view, and loved the quiet and peaceful surroundings. Very close to historic St. Augustine as well. As Air BNB hosts ourselves we notice all the details and Misti does a wonderful job. Would definitely book again when we return to the St. Augustine area. Thank you, Melinda and John

EXCELLENT FOR LARGE FAMILY This place is better than advertised! This house has a beach view from the whole house. The kitchen big, wide open and updated . The home was very clean, with a lot of extras. We really enjoyed the beach and just a 15 min drive to St. Augustine There is a big game room on the first floor that the kids really enjoyed. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient for our family. The owner was always quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. We’d absolutely love to come back again!

Monica’s home was amazing. It was spacious, beautiful, well appointed, and in a great location. She thought of every little detail. You basically don’t need to bring anything because she provides it all from pool and beach necessities to toiletries to kitchen essentials! She even provides kitchen gadgets and accessories that I don’t even have in my home! She was responsive and checked on us frequently. This was the perfect girls trip with my 3 aunts and cousins. We were so impressed we tried to book it again for October but she was already booked! I’ve stayed in many places all over the world and this was one of the nicest and most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. I can’t wait to come back to St Augustine again! Thanks Monica!

This was our first ever Airbnb rental. They made it super easy. Everything was well maintained. Great walking distance to the beach. House was cozy and clean. if ever in the area we will be renting this home again for sure.

Loved this beach house. We were only about a 10 minute walk from the beach and the beach cart made that so easy!! The chairs and towels for the beach were great. The restaurant just down the street was tree really good but does create a lot of traffic starting at 7am with delivery trucks. You don't hear them inside but it is definitely more traffic than expected. Then lots of cars coming and going for the restaurant. I never felt like it was too much just notable. The house was perfect with plenty of space. Closet space is great along with a dresser. Kitchen is very easy to work in. Thanks!

Villa Vilano was a wonderful place for a family celebration. We had everything we needed. The pool and backyard area was lovely. But what we loved the most was the beach! Whenever we had questions or needed assistance with something, Laura and Jeremy were always there to help! Cap’s restaurant was a beautiful place to walk to with views that were exquisite! Thank you for out magical stay!

Brendon’s house was perfect for our families St. Augustine getaway. It’s a great location in a very cute and picturesque neighborhood. The location was great for relaxing but close enough to downtown with just a short drive. We were a family of 7 & never felt cramped once, we all had our personal space and the two living rooms were definitely a bonus! The pool & jacuzzi were absolutely perfect and we spent majority of our time outside enjoying the space. We can’t wait to stay again on our next trip to St. Augustine!

We had a fantastic time at 17 Palms Beach House. The house was even better than the pictures showed. It was clean and comfortable with a kitchen that had everything needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the linens ultra soft. Even the pillows were perfect. The pool was a big hit with everyone with all the toys and beach towels one could wish for. The beach was an easy walk right down the road. We had a couple of questions and Lyndsey answered quickly and was so nice. I highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed.

Loved the location of the house. There was so much to do nearby, but it was very peaceful. it was close to a beautiful beach. The rooms were nice and the pool space was great. We definitely ended up doing quite a bit of laundry because we kept running out of towels and there were a lot of empty spice containers in the cabinet when we arrived, so we made a trip to the store to replace some of those. Overall, it was a beautiful house and a great location. We were sad to leave!

We loved our brief stay here. Location, location, location! The beach is right in your backyard. House and furniture is in great shape. What was remarkable was how well stocked everything was. Lots of beach supplies. Lots of kitchen supplies. Tons of towels too! We loved this place and will be back!

This beach house was perfect for us! Plenty of space for the 9 of us and our dog. Gorgeous view from balcony and easy, quick access to the beach. Home has a wonderful laid back beach vibe and is fully stocked with everything you need - tons of beach gear, chairs, surfboards, and towels. Great outdoor patio area and grassy backyard leads directly to the beach. Loved having a double washer and dryer. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive to all of our questions and needs. Fun house and great stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay in Saint Augustine! We had a small hiccup when we arrived with one of the bathroom doors being locked, more than likely a human mistake from house keeping. Danny and Andrea had one of their maintenance staff over within 30 minutes which we greatly appreciated. 7-10 drive to surrounding beaches, 5 minute drive to downtown, with several small resturants within walking distance. Having the small pool was very nice for afternoons after a beach day!

Great house and wonderful location! Just a short 4 minute walk to the beach. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our family of 6. The backyard was beautiful with the pool being the star of the show. If I had a beach home, this would be it. Wonderful stay!
