Holiday rentals with breakfast in Vilano Beach

They were lovely hosts. The listing was exactly as described and the views were unbeatable - to include getting a front row show to dolphins jumping out of the water! They were very communicative before, during, and after the stay to ensure everything went smoothly and our needs were met. You cannot beat being mere steps from the beach - which is absolutely perfect if you have littles who need to take breaks from the sun, eat, nap, do other things littles do on long beach days. Don’t forget to pull out the St. Augustine Monopoly game with your family while here. We 100% would recommend and stay again.

Loved the house and it was also a walkable distance to the beach. We had dinner in downtown, it’s not far from the house. The jacuzzi is very private in the backyard, I was afraid to be in there at night, but overall very nice.

Debra and Morris were exceptional hosts! My husband and I were blown away from the second we walk through the door… If we could give Debra and Morris a rating a higher rating than a five we would! Debra had an unbelievable amount of baked goods for us when we arrived, banana bread, brownies, homemade chocolate, chip cookies, and more… Do not walk run to book this beautiful house… We will surely come back when visiting palm coast!

This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is beautifully situated by Lake Como, offering plenty of opportunities to enjoy the water. Janine and her husband are wonderful hosts—kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. We had a great time using the canoe and pedal boat to explore the lake. The location is also ideal for visiting different places. We went to St. Augustine (50 minutes away) and explored several springs, including DeLeon, Silver Glen Springs, and Salt Springs. They also have three friendly dogs, and as dog lovers, we really enjoyed seeing them around and interacting with them during our stay. There is also a fire pit, perfect for winding down in the evening, enjoying a cozy fire after watching a beautiful sunset by the lake. We truly enjoyed the lake and all the amenities Janine provided. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Karin was fast to respond and friendly. Her husband greeted us to let us in the house. While he was there, he gave us a tour of the home and told us where everything was located. We rode motorcycles in so space was limited on packing. The house had everything plus more than was needed. If we ever take another trip to Florida, we will stay here again.

I love the charm of this home, chefs kitchen, the house felt spacious, we loved hanging out in the backyard and the front porch, close walk into town but close to the beaches too and lots of local restaurants in walking distance

We use Airbnb all the time, this property ranks right up there with the best! It was bigger and newer than we expected. Super clean and very comfortable. Of course, the highlight is sitting on the balcony sipping wine and watching the continuous parade of humanity walk by. Everything you want is a short walk outside your door. We will be recommending this place to our family and friends!

Honestly I don't even know where to begin, this was one of my mine and my wife's favorite experiences. The pictures do not do this place justice and should be updated to show how spectacular it is. It really is just two houses down from the beach, maybe a 30 second walk to the sand, over the dunes and you're on the beach. You'd have to have a house on the sand to be any better. You can actually see the ocean from the main bedroom in the airbnb and when it was storming and at night before bed that's what we did watched / listened to the ocean. The spot has everything you could thing of needing and the amazing host leaves you a few starter items like eggs, bacon, cinnamon rolls and lots of coffee. This places is also located within LOTS of restaurant options and only a mile from a grocery car so honestly other than going to old downtown for site seeing you don't need a car. My wife and I definitely plan on coming back here next year!!! This place will feel exactly like home.

We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

I had the most amazing experience I had stayed here for a couple days and it was just better than I could have ever imagined. I was truly thankful to have that experience looking out over the bay it was just beyond beautiful perfect everything I needed was all nearby I couldn't ask for anything better. I will always come here when I come back to St Augustine. There are no words that can describe how amazing the experience was when I went there. 🙏❤️😇

Great stay and only about a mile north of old Downtown. Beaches, restraints and stores are all super close. We enjoyed our short stay! Abrina was also super nice, responsive and accommodating. The B&B had everything it needed, bed and couch were comfortable and perfect space for 2 on a short trip.

Joel and Kathy were the most accommodating and helpful hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with at an air bnb. The environment was incredibly homey, we made friends for life in all the other guests that stayed this weekend as well, I made cupcakes for two of the guests that were staying and Kathy bought us eggs for me to use and answered every question I had instantly. There was a fresh pot of coffee every morning when I woke up and everyone would take turns making more if we needed it. The breakfast bar was fantastic not many people would do that for their guests. We will ABSOLUTELY be staying with Joel and Kathy again when we come to visit. The amenities like the pool and hot were also a huge bonus after walking around all day at the festival we attended. And the massage chairs are top notch! I’m definitely going to miss the puppies! Diamond, cooper, and James, will always have a place in my heart! Overall amazing god fearing power couple! Joel and Kathy are amazing hosts!!

Our family of 8 stayed here for one night on our way up north. We are very grateful that this family hostel still exists! This is right downtown in the historic district and so everything is very walkable. Jenny and crew make everything very hospitable with a game for the children to play when they check in, games in the tv room and pancakes made for everyone in the morning. :) Great for a family that wants to explore St Augustine.

The Staff was friendly and helpful. They always asked if there was anything they could do for us. The Breakfasts were just what we needed to start the day full of walking and enjoying old town St. Augustine. We enjoyed being able to walk about town but return to 44 Spanish Street to rest, reading books in our room or out on the upper porch. The charming location was perfect because it was quiet but we could walk a couple of blocks to get involved with the night-life. We would stay there again.

The Airbnb and location were wonderful! You cannot beat the views from the bedroom window, the private deck and crows nest. Being that there is a completely separate entrance to the unit the space feels incredibly private. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet. Additionally everything was very clean, shoutout to Leo the housekeeper who is awesome! I highly highly recommend this gem of a spot and would stay here again in the future.

My family had an amazing opportunity to be hosted by Chef T! From the get go, checking was smooth, the house was as described, and lucky us, we had an upgraded room from day one without asking! The follwing morning we we're treated to a nice breakfast and everyday afterwards. Simply put, we've got a favorite spot and a go to person any day anytime we're here in Florida. Chef gave us a priceless tour of this beatiful community, from St Augustine, to amazing restaurants, beaches, reserves and other attraction centers around Palm Coast. Definitely giving it a 10/10 and highly recommends Chef's Zen inspired experience to you all. Btw, his support has led me to take seriously into consideration Palm Coast as a residence.

The old powder House Inn is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in my life. Paige, the manager made us feel so welcome. The rooms were so clean and beautiful, Paige made muffins and they were amazing, They have complementary wine, water, soda, and Brandy. They put their heart and soul into this inn. I literally felt at home and I was so comfortable being here. It definitely has an amazing positive vibe and the staff kept up with us like we were family checking in and making sure we were having a good time. And the water actually gets hot in the shower. And stays hot. Had a lot of bed-and-breakfast and Airbnb‘s. I’ve had the problem of the water not getting hot and taking uncomfortable showers, but the water pressure is amazing and it stays hot. They have humidifiers in the room and AC units and it was just an overall very comfortable stay I recommend this to anyone who comes to Saint Augustine.

We had an amazing time staying at Joel & Kathy's home! The house was super cozy, clean, and really comfortable. Everything went smooth and we felt like staying at one of our family homes. This was the first time at an Airbnb shared place we've had! Everything was perfect, from check-in to check-out. Joel & Kathy welcomed us politely with all the tips on the routine of the house, and they were always available for any questions we might have. Our private room was spotless, and very comfortable. Amenities available around and coffee ready in the kitchen. We really felt like part of their family and will definitely come back again!" Thank you so much!

What can I say about this stay except…. Aaahhhh Bliss! So relaxing and comfortable. Joel & Kathy made us feel at home right from the jump. They didn’t hover or make us feel like visitors. We felt like welcomed friends! So accommodating from milk in the fridge to 6 cereal options for breakfast to allowing late night swimming as long as we were respectful of the noise level for the other guests. It was a great stay and Lordy… that massage chair!! Heavenly!! Will definitely book again next time I’m in the area.
