Nicely furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath house tucked away in the dunes on Surfside Vilano Beach . 3 miles from downtown St Augustine and a half mile from Publix . The deck wraps around half the house and provides pretty fantastic ocean views of sunrise and river side sunsets. Each bedroom has a smart tv and a very comfortable Queen or King size bed. TPC Sawgrass is a 20 minute drive north , Daytona International Speedway 70 minutes south , 2 hours to Orlando and Busch Gardens !

The "Classic" 1950s 2nd floor Duplex! Retro Cool!

This 2nd floor unit of a 1951 duplex has been lovingly updated and beautifully appointed with a strong shout out to it’s mid century roots. It is so Cute! Two queen bedrooms, one bath, fully appointed kitchen, living & dining area is only 1.5 miles from the old town and 2 miles to Vilano Beach, it’s close enough but out of the craziness! The garden is shared with the 1st floor unit. Bring charcoal and fluid and enjoy the grill! Bring your well mannered dog for $20 fee. Relax!
