This 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor in the Old Town of Viljandi, a 5-minute walk from Viljandi Lake. The nearest shop is located 400 meters away. Viljandi Castle Ruins is a 10-minute walk away. There are a total of 4 apartments in the house and have to be mindful of the neighbors as well. To the rear of the house is the garden, barbecue corner and lounge nook which are shared. The apartment can accommodate 3 guests (1 fold out extra bed). Parking in the yard for no extra cost. Domestic animals are welcome.

The cottage is a bright and spacious 2-storey building, designed in nordic style, with wood-burning sauna. Perfect for one family or close friends; ideal for 2 persons, fine for 4 plus an infant sleeping in baby cot. We live onsite and will be happy to show you around the farm including organic apple orchard and the "slow food" production facility.

Bedroom is in the attic and downstairs a fully equipped kitchen, livingroom with fireplace, TV and a sofabed. Also a modern sauna, shower room and toilet. This property and the garden area surrounding the house is for your private use. There is another house on the property that we sometimes use.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.
