José Luis' house is very functional, and it shows that it is a house that was made to live in. It has many details that make it very practical. We spent a week and enjoyed it very much, the view is great and with direct beach access. Everything works well and José Luis' service was excellent. It is recommended!

If you have a car, don’t hesitate and book this place. Best value for money in Bariloche. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the house is great. It has everything you probably need and Dina is a great and responsive host. We’ll definitely come back!

Nice summer accommodation. To be as a family I had some board games, books, I didn't have TV, which for us is good. Cabaña has everything you need to cook, although the implements are old is the basics in case of urgency. Something that can cause discomfort in some people, is that in the bathtub, the window is extensive right on the torso part, and it's not special bath glass, but a common glass. Anyway, the orientation faces the patio, so it only matches the neighbors in the back. In colder times it must be a little ice cream, because the isolation requires maintenance, but in summer it is very good. The daughter loved having a large yard with trees and greenery.

We had an excellent experience in this house in Bariloche. The property is comfortable, well-equipped and very clean, with everything you need for a pleasant family stay. The location is ideal: close to the main attractions and with incredible views of the Patagonian landscape. I especially highlight the tranquility of the environment and the warmth of the home. Celina was very kind and attentive from the first moment, always available to answer any questions. We would definitely choose this place again for future visits. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much ☺️ Perfect for a family of 2-3 people. There is a firepit, BBQ on the property. There are trees, roses and melissa growing. The house is warm because there is a heated floor. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and thanks to the heavy blanket, you fall asleep faster. Kitchen is equipped with all you need for cooking. There is tea, coffee, cocoa, spices and oil. There is a washing machine and laundry detergent. Couldn't sleep the first night because of the neighbor's dog's loud barking, but it was quiet the rest of the nights. Sometimes the internet went down, but it wasn't critical for us. We were without a car, so there is little choice of places nearby and they are not always open to keep this in mind. From the establishments, we recommend a burger shop. Within a walking distance there is a mini supermarket, a supermarket, a lake, a park. Cris allowed us to check in a little earlier and later check out. Shared with map and local recommendations.

I am at a loss for words to describe the days I spent at this accommodation. Besides everything being impeccable in the house, the view is breathtaking, it's magical! Agustín gave me the information about the house with total clarity, we found the house easily, quick check in, everything was amazing. I already miss the accommodation and the kitten that came every day to spy on us from the Deck. I definitely recommend it and would come back

The house is extremely comfortable, both the bedrooms and the living areas; the kitchen is well-stocked. It has everything you'd expect, and everything works. It has a well-equipped and comfortable gazebo. The house is on high ground and has very nice views, the property is very spacious and the garden is well maintained. The area is very nice; it is inside a gated community with security - which gives you extra peace of mind - but since it is so big there are walks to take within the neighborhood itself. In addition, both Cristian and Mrs. Ermy, who is in charge of maintenance, respond quickly to any questions. Without a doubt, an excellent option, highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Super comfortable, cute and close to the base of the hill. The host was very friendly and always attentive.

Beautiful apartment, equipped, with new furniture and bed linen. The highlight is the breathtaking view of the lake with the snow-capped mountains in the background. We really liked the heated pool and access to the arelauquen country club / golf that allowed us to take beautiful photos. Oh, I couldn't forget to mention that Jenny is very helpful, I needed to check out a little later and she allowed it without any problems. When I return to Bariloche, I will definitely stay there again ❤️

The cabin is even nicer than in the photos, with a perfect setting to rest and enjoy the tranquility. Mariela and Irene are excellent hosts, they respond quickly and are very willing to help you with whatever you need. We comfortably accommodated 9 people. It's the perfect destination if you want to enjoy Bariloche and its nature!

We had the most wonderful stay! From the second we arrived we felt right at home — the reveal was just as listed — clean, quiet, spacious, and peaceful, and the views were stunning! We stayed four nights and didn’t want to leave! We enjoyed being just outside of but still very accessible Bariloche proper, and having easy access to many local hikes, drives, beaches, etc. It was also such a treat to have direct beach access! We went down every day. The hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. In short, I would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend for a tranquil stay in Bariloche!

Carolina is one of the best hosts I ever met. Extremely attentive, super thoughtful, anticipated queries, providing tips and suggestions. She is a very responsible and committed person. My flight was leaving in the afternoon night of a rainy day and was very friendly and flexible with check out time. The depot is exactly as seen in the photos and is described. It has all the necessary utensils and basic cooking stuff. The bed is very comfortable, as is the chair. Everything was spotless and clean. There were cold days that didn't feel xq everything was very well heated. I recommend visiting at least once the Deto de Caro, they will not regret it; I will definitely go back not well to have a chance.

The accommodation is beautiful and all the equipment is top quality. Very comfortable, spacious, with good views, bright and quiet. The pool is huge, very nice and is just over 1 block from the accommodation within the same complex. The water was at a pleasant temperature. There are a lot of workers since the complex is under construction, but everyone is very friendly and we were not bothered by the noise that could be generated. We would definitely come back!
