It's worth the climb up 4 flights of marble stairs to reach this bright and airy hideaway. Spend an evening on a checkerboard terrace. Choose a book to read later or head straight for the comfy 2x2m bed. 2 min walking distance to the metro line connecting to the center of the city. There's no elevator to reach the loft. The jacuzzi is unavailable from Apr through Oct. It does not have its own heater although it can be filled with hot water, cools down very quickly during winter.

There are many Supermarkets and restaurants. A few blocks away is Palermo (Plaza Serrano) and many kinds of transport (Subway, busses and taxy drivers)

The room is very big with a King size bed. The neighborhood is very quiet, two blocks from all restaurants, design shops, and coffee shops of Palermo Soho, you can go walking without problems. It has all the necessary amenities for pleasant stays. It is a very quiet residential street with very little traffic so you can rest peacefully. It is located 400 meters from the Malabia station of Subway B and 400 meters from the Movistar Arena Stadium.
