Top Floor Boho Loft Near the Shops in Trendy Palermo

It's worth the climb up 4 flights of marble stairs to reach this bright and airy hideaway. Spend an evening on a checkerboard terrace. Choose a book to read later or head straight for the comfy 2x2m bed. 2 min walking distance to the metro line connecting to the center of the city. There's no elevator to reach the loft. The jacuzzi is unavailable from Apr through Oct. It does not have its own heater although it can be filled with hot water, cools down very quickly during winter.

Refurbished contemporary studio, with great WiFi. Urban, comfortable and very pleasant atmosphere; excellent air conditioning for winter or summer. The studio is set with a jovial atmosphere and beautiful artwork; it has a comfortable queen size bed. We are on an important avenue in Buenos Aires, with easy access to public transportation. Close to Palermo Hollywood, Palermo Soho, and 7 blocks from the subway to the capital's downtown. Everyone is welcome to our house!

Excellent Loft/studio in Palermo Soho. With a nice Patio & Barbecue and Work Space! Two bathrooms (one upstairs and the other one, downstairs), kitchen. The bedroom is upstairs. The room is very big with a King size bed. The neighborhood is very quiet, two blocks from all restaurants, design shops, and coffee shops of Palermo Soho, you can go walking without problems. A very safe area :) The apartment is very quiet, comfortable and very nice!!!! Welcome :)

04 Comfortable Loft Estadio Arena - Palermo Soho

The Loft is part of a house with gardens with plants and armchairs to rest in the patios. Safety is optimal. Although it is close to 2 major avenues, it is away from the noise of the big city. It has all the necessary amenities for pleasant stays. It is a very quiet residential street with very little traffic so you can rest peacefully. It is located 400 meters from the Malabia station of Subway B and 400 meters from the Movistar Arena Stadium.

Located in Recoleta, well connected with public transportation and close to the main points of interest. Area with a lot of security, commercial life and the best restaurants, bars and cafes in the city. The apartment is 200 square meters, 2 bedrooms a low ceiling mezzanine with a single bed and two bathrooms.
