The apartment has a large living-dining room with a built-in kitchen and a reception towel. The bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and a large placard for storing clothes and suitcases. Guests have access to a large common space with garden, two swimming pools, gym and a mini golf sector. • It is mandatory to present official documentation of all occupants who will be staying in the apartment. • Check-in time will be from 3 PM to 8 PM. Starting at 8 PM, a $20 surcharge will be charged, which will be paid upon arrival with the delivery of the keys. If you need to enter before 3 PM you must request it in advance and we will solve it based on availability, but it may involve a supplement of money. • Departure time will be before 11 AM. If you wish to leave the apartment later you must request it in advance and based on availability we will be happy to help you. But it can involve extra money. • Remember that the apartment must be returned in the same conditions of order and cleanliness as upon your arrival. • I ask you to take out the trash every day, especially in the summer months. • It is important to respect the number of people who will occupy the apartment, you must never exceed the stipulated in the reservation. In the event that disturbances are generated by noise or high music, we will kindly request the cessation of the disturbances. Always make sure to lock the apartment and do not forget them inside. Losing or forgetting them inside the apartment and having to move to open it, will mean an additional supplement of 40 dollars. If a locksmith is required, the amount of the same will be paid. • Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the apartment. Keep the temperature of the air conditioner at 24ºC, and turn it on only if necessary. This will help save energy and protect the environment. • It should be used respectfully with the towels and sheets offered. If a use is made incompatible with its conservation and future use (for example, removing makeup with towels, soiling the sheets with food) the user will pay for the sheets or towels that will be unused. We offer colorful, special quick-drying towels for you to use in the pool. • It is forbidden to take photographs in the apartment for the benefit of third parties, without the explicit authorization of the owner. • In stays longer than 30 nights, gas, water and electricity expenses are paid apart from the rent. • At the time of check out please leave the keys on the living room table and verify that the door closes after leaving. Recoleta Chic, peaceful and elegant apartment

The apartment is newly remodeled with very tasteful details in its decoration and modern equipment. It is located meters from Avda. Santa Fe where the best shops in the city are located and very connected to its means of transportation. The master bedroom has a "super king" bed that can be assembled as a whole or separated into two twin beds. The pillows are "smart" and the bedding and towels are of very good quality. The appliances are new and consist of an oven and electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric turkey, toaster, and a refrigerator with freezer. The air conditioning is cold/hot and the room also has a ceiling fan for those who cannot tolerate direct cold air. Hot water comes from the building's central boiler, making it easy to take long, pleasant baths. Under the kitchen counter is a modern washing machine. All doors are lockable and the room can be locked from its access corridor, thus becoming a "private suite" with the bathroom. I like to socialize, I can assist guests at any time, by email or cell phone. I live very close to the apartment, I can come if they need me. I provide guests with a complimentary public transportation card that can then be recharged at nearby kiosks. On the dining table I leave the house instructions as well as a guide with recommendations on shopping in the supermarket, nearby shops and places to eat with affordable prices and good quality food. I can personally advise my guests on tourist attractions, restaurants or fun fashionable places, museums, art galleries or shopping. The neighborhood is plenty of embassies, iconic monuments, and museums, and it is close to the heart of Recoleta. Public transportation (trains and buses) are available at walking distance. Ezeiza airport (international) is one hour in average from the apartment by taxi, and J. Newbery airport (national) is 20 minutes by taxi. It's important to mention that the building do not have elevators, so you will have to step two floors by staircase. The housekeeper will be in charge of the check-in and check-out and she will be available for helping the guests in whatever they need. Additionally, she will be able to make extra cleaning services (full cleaning to the apartment, washing dishes, refresh of sheets and towels, etc.) subject to previous guests request to the host (Guillermo) by AirBnb app. The extra cost is US$40 per day. For taxi use, I recommend using the Uber or Cabify applications.
