Fabulous stay in Palermo. Walkable to bars and restaurants, and easy to get a cab to other areas of BA. The windows of the apartment are floor to ceiling and let in so much light. The terrace is great, just be careful as the railing is a little lower than standard!! Can not recommend this Airbnb enough! There is a washer and dryer on site, you just need to get a key from security and token are store down the street-easy enough to do just a little extra run around.

We love every minute we stay in Alejandro's apartment, he alone is a love of a person, gave several tips on where to go and what to do ! The view of the apartment is beautiful, the concierge works 24h, there is metro, restaurants and fast food close to go ! The building has a great structure with gym, sauna and even laundry (you have to book laundry). We stayed 7 nights and had full assistance from Alejandro answered our whats whenever he could, msm he tbm being on vacation. Super recommend me my wife and my daughter enjoy everything !

Marcela and Gabriel are fantastic people, the information about the apartment is accurate and the apartment is more beautiful in person. Everything impeccable and well thought out. Smart kitchen, with all necessary and clean material. The lighting is perfect. All my needs were met by Marcela and Gabriel. I thought I had forgotten an item after my check-out and was already in Brazil. I contacted them and they promptly went to the apartment and searched for the object. They couldn't find him and told me. I later discovered that the lost object was in another apartment on my way back to my city. But a million thanks for your interest in helping. I used the building's jacuzzi and it's relaxing after a day of walking. The reception staff are always helpful, careful about the building's security, and polite in their service to people. Wonderful trip with a very high quality apartment. I'm planning the next one for the same apartment. Thank you for everything.

The apartment is very comfortable and very complete, you really don't need to bring anything to be comfortable!!! The location is a great, quiet area close to everything. In the bathroom, impeccable, you find amenities like in a 5*. Also, in the kitchen, coffee, tea, sugar,... Really Elizabeth cares to make your stay pleasant and comfortable!!

Very happy with our experience staying with Emilia, super practical and simple check-in, very comfortable and spacious accommodation with the great plus of having a garage inside the Building, in addition to being located in an area with many services nearby. Martin I didn't meet in person, Facu ☺️ and his parents 😍 all came together to help me when my other Airbnb had a flood and I needed somewhere to stay. They are all VERY friendly, kind, attentive and the apartment was perfectly clean (thanks to the parents helping). I was so very very happy there. It was everything I needed and I will book again!

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

Carol is superb, she showed us how to get into her apartment and where everything was. Very responsive and helpful with tips. The apartment has been renovated and is in a vintage but elegant looking building. The bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated. Close to plenty of restaurants and things to do; very close to the metro so is easy to get around! For the light sleepers, make sure you bring blindfold; the huge windows in the balcony face a store that has a sign that stays on all night; but this was easy to overcome with the blindfold. I live the place, got the rest needed. I would gladly stay here when I come back to B.A.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is very well located, there are many bars and restaurants nearby to go out at night and Maru was an incredible host, I hope to be back soon.

We had a great time visiting Buenos Aires. Carolina’s place is wonderful for families, super spacious, kitchen is extremely equipped, super calm, quiet and clean. Great neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, playgrounds and markets. Highly recommend, super convenient. Host is super responsive and great communication!

Daniela was very kind in all the inquiries I made and in the instructions she gave, the apartment is quite spacious and beautiful. I will leave out a few things that were not so important to me, since I left very early in the morning and returned very late at night, because I was alone, but perhaps it is good to mention if you are a couple/family: - Hot water only allows showers of about 5 minutes and to be able to use it again you have to wait about half an hour. - The kitchen is electric induction - The kitchen has an electric oven, I missed a microwave - It's quite cold, but it had an electric heater and air conditioning. - There are no windows to the outside, there is a window but it overlooks a wall. - The bed and pillows were a bit hard, but they do the job. - It has everything you need to eat: cutlery, plates, glasses, refrigerator, kitchen, oven, etc. - Everything was very clean - Daniela left some cookies that saved me a lot for the day I arrived.

The place is perfect, great location, comfortable, clean, Buenos Aires it is a beautiful city and Puerto Madero is a great place to stay. Luciano has a great communication and was very kind during our stay. I recommend this place.

I had a great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The location was in a great neighborhood, lots of cafes and restraurant, and also easily accessible by public transportation and also felt very sar. The apartment was in a new building, clean, and very comfortable. The internet worked perfectly. I’d definitely stay here again!

Tomas is a great host - communicative, attentive, friendly and lots of recommendations. The apartment has all the amenities you’d need and plenty of linen, towels etc to make your stay homely. It’s very near transport links and great eating places. There are also a lot of amenities in the building. Definitely recommend!

I spent a week in Andrea's apartment, I really thought it was great. Easy to access, very well located, with different means of transport in the area, bars and restaurants nearby. Andrea is very attentive to everything. I would definitely come back. Thank you Andrea for so much warmth.

Everything went more or less well, I had to wait as the host was late in reporting my arrival. It was possible to resolve within a reasonable time. The apartment is nice, it needs a coat of paint and the sliding doors need to work well. Despite being in an area with activity, the apartment was quiet and you could sleep well. The check-in times are as indicated in the description and it has not been possible to obtain flexibility in this regard, but it was offered to leave the luggage in custody with the suggestion of leaving a tip to the building's security staff. I would certainly book the apartment again.

Florencia's Place was the perfect start to our Argentinian Experience! It was easy to find, a quick uber/taxi from the airport. It matched the description perfectly, the only thing we didn't see or hear of was the washer. But it was a wonderful stay, in great location and a wonderful book of recommendations! Would highly suggest staying here if visiting Argentina. Thank you Florencia & Cecilia! :)

The place is comfortable and has a great view. The location is strategic, close to main tourist sites. We arrived before our reservation and they were able to welcome us very kindly, from the reception staff to Silvio.
