Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Villa General Mitre

This loft apartment is beautiful and just as pictured. Very clean, super comfortable, nice bathroom ammenities, linens were soft and smelled great. We slept very well while here. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need for cooking and appeared to be brand new.The host and management company does a great job communicating and responding to any needs. If you are in Buenos Aires and just want to relax, this is the place to be. Also we found it to be absolutely safe to walk around during the day or night. Seems to be just on the outskirts, so we did not find much to do around us and not many restaurants open on the weekend we were here. The locals we met and were in contact with were very nice and helpful even though our Spanish is minimal. Thank you for a delightful 3 night stay!

We stayed at this place and it was an excellent experience. The place was just like the photos, very cozy, clean and with everything you need for a perfect stay. María Laura attended us wonderfully, always attentive and willing to help us with whatever we needed. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We would definitely come back and recommend it 100%.

The accommodation was wonderful, the environment is air-conditioned, there is air conditioning and a thermometer in the entire environment, the floor heats and heats the entire apartment. It is well furnished, the furniture and utensils are all of quality. They provide clean, fragrant, and quality towels and bed linen. The building has a laundry room and sauna that, when needed, was promptly attended to by the hosts, who were always available and always extremely friendly and attentive, and were clear and precise from the entrance to the exit. I recommend you all to stay.

Very nice apartment. With many details that make it quite warm. For example, he had laundry soap, oil, salt, yerba, coffee, and even a complimentary beer. All the basic things you may need for a comfortable stay. And I love the area, it's a good neighborhood, and it has everything. Impeccable communication, very attentive to everything. We had a great time in Buenos Aires. Carola was so kind, helpful, and flexible. Place was perfect for the four of us with private space for everyone. And wonderful communal space to enjoy each other and a mate. Location could not have been better. We’ll be back!

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience in Amilcar's apartment was excellent. The place was impeccable: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz welcomed us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this accommodation again. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay. In a really good neighborhood Palermo Hollywood, in walking distance of a lot of cool places. Also very safe neighborhood, and the 24/7 doorman was great. I would recommend this place!

Excellent mono-environment, fully equipped, good WIFI, building with 24-hour security and first-class amenities. The apartment is on the first floor but it is quite quiet. There are good cafes and restaurants just a few blocks away. 4 blocks from Subway B and several buses on the corner. Agustina responded very quickly to each concern. I recommend it 100% .

This place was perfect! I came to Argentina for a month and - as a bodybuilder and fitness enthusiast - I was looking for a home where I could easily explore the area while cooking for 5-6 meals per day and working 9-5 from my computer remotely. I got exactly what I wanted. Fully functioning kitchen appliances, a washer/dryer in the basement of the building, two bathrooms, and a beautiful space that separates living area from sleeping area. I would absolutely stay here again. Furthermore, I probably WILL stay here again in the future, as it made it so easy for me to work from Buenos Aires like I was home.
